Do You say that above 0.5 eth mined will be paid out automatic ?
apparent the fees still high therefore payout will not be trigger.

seem to be that way. you can try to click manual payment when u hit 0.5 and see if triggered payout.
My last payout was on June 29th. Hope it's just auto/manual payout issue. I should I hit 1.01 ETH in a couple of days...we will see. 
Last payout on 30 June.
It seem that its broken since July.

How do set email notification ?

two ways to set email notification
1) set it up on the pool, if the pool supports
2) Use "Claymore eth dual miner manager", go to options -> notifications -> define SMTP settings, go to events and define what notifications do you want to receive
dwarf pool anyone has knowledge of how to set it in claymore.

I have big problem and I don't know what I can do... My miner have 13 cards but after some time Miner using only 12 cards and no 13 cards.. I testing all cards solo and risers too but I found no hardware problem. I tried update ethos and change overclocking and suddenly card number 13. started work but just 1 hour then disappeared again..
Next problem. Earlier this miner mining 14mhs on 1 card.. Now 11.2mhs.. where is a problem? And where can I reduce mhs?

4 Gb ram DDR4

1600w maybe its burned. check your Power connector.

Notice there is Red Remark about Overclock issue.
Checked on the Stats
Notice out of 1000 shares 600 shares are incorrect.
Not sure what happen.
reduce BIOS 1850mhz
Same Remark Occur
Load Back to Default Bios
Same Red Remark Occur.

Window 10 Encounter Error Blue Screen Driver issue
Video TDR Failure or Power State Failure or Simply hang and auto restart and stuck in recovery mode.
After finding its this card issue.
Reduce the Overclock to 1800mhz
Manage to run 40hours
Same issue occur Immediate open Eth Hash Window 10 Hang
Load back to Default Bios

i have 1 GPU i on for 5mth now it showing GPU error. i check the stats 50 hours 600+ incorrect shares.
Changed back to default BIOS still the same.
I have another GPU. when i used on Mining, my window 10 Blue Screen. Even after using default bios.

Found the issue SilverStone Technology Strider 1200W
1 of the Power Cord to the Riser melted. the PSU Hole seem be the issue

Do you have a picture? Which cable was melted power to riser a lot of times has adapters, wondering if adapter or truly PSU cable melted.
Either way I would touch other cables like the one that melted and if you feel heat git rid of cable. I have only melted 1 cable and it was due to "bargin" psu adapter it used. Ever since I stay away from low quality PSU and adapters.

Unplug all GPU.
Test Each GPU 1 by 1 all are show on the OS Layer.
Next i Plug in all 6 GPU.
All are Show in OS Layer.
I benchmark nicehash.
went i went home and remote in 3 GPU disappear from OS Layer again.
i can't determine what wrong.
i went to the server room.

Looking at a logical point of view the rig has been running in the server room for 1mth+ suddenly missing 3 GPU from the OS Layer.
i can only suspect that the card was spoilt .
But to spoilt 3 card in 1 day same timing is too weird.
