also ich habe eben in einem anderen thread/forum gelesen das ein user mit dem finanzamt in dresden geredet hat, und die nette dame am anderen ende meinte 1. wenn man btc kauft 1 jahr hält und dann wieder verkauft, das keine steuern anfallen. für uns eher unwichtig. 2. wenn man btc "mined" muss man USt abführen.

der 2te punkt würde zum minen bedeuten das es geht, und das steht im Gegensatz zu dem statement der BAFin sein. Allerdings hat die BAFin in ihrem statement einen paragraphen zur begründung genommen, der besagt das man nicht FÜR andere diese BTC's erstellen kann. Wir minen ja für uns.

Am besten würde ich sagen, sollte man mal einen steuerberater zu rate ziehen und mit dem zuständigen finanzamt sprechen.

ja, hätte ich mir auch denken können. macht am meisten sinn. der wechsel von privatperson zu gewerbe erfolgt ja wenn man fortläufende einkünfte hat. welche schritte müssen dann unternommen werden? einfach zum finanzamt und zur stadt rennen und den gewerbeschein beantragen?

Wie genau läuft das dann ab? Hardware und Strom kann steuerlich abgesetzt werden. Die Gewinne müssen dann auch abgeführt werden.

Angenommen ich habe heute 1 BTC "gemined" und kann den heute für 111 usd verkaufen. Verkaufe den aber erst in einem Monat für 115 usd. Für welchen Preis muss ich dann die USt abführen?

i dont think btc-e.com uses dwolla, however u can have a look at them.

well btc uses sha-256 as an algo
and ltc uses scrypt as an algo.

the difference is that ltc/scrypt is appr. 1000x slower. So instead of 100mhashes u get 100khashes. now while btc is optimized for gpu and fpga right now, and asics anytime soon, ltc was optimized for cpu and gpu. with my mining rig i get about 600mhashes mining btc and 750 khashes mining ltc

yeah i wanted to use them too, but several times i heard now that they are pretty slow and its hard to get a hold of them..

yeah i would be careful if you download mining software from non official websites (like somewhere on a form linked to a filehoster). i just download mining software from the official websites.

well using a) a laptop and b) a mac which have heating problems, you should not use it for 100% mining. maybe downlock and lower the intensity helps
