when will it be back in exchange? 
This is listed on yobit.net with pairs of doge, btc, waves. You can deposit or buy it there for trading, but I dont trade on yobit.net. The withdrawal of PWR funds works well, but I could not replenish my account with a deposit. Funds have not yet arrived at the account (the third day goes).
I am transferring funds this morning as soon as I get done with this post and paying for a new exchange listing for PWR coin. Will update you when that is all in place

Hi there PWR people, please beware of this new re-branding as the community didn't reached a consensus because this new developer DisasterFaster has some greedy and bad ideas behind his back and we did not agreed on that... Research a bit about this guy he is too suspicious and he backstabbed me really nice so please be careful...

Yes join the discord please, I am sick of explaining and I have almost no support ... I issued a token called PowerToken on WAVES platform which can be exchanged for WAVES or PWR at a PRE-ICO Price of 0.002 WAVES for 1 PowerToken - or - PWR 1000000 (100k) Powercoins for 1 PowerToken... WAVES is recommended. Also we plan to launch an ICO for PowerToken to raise funds and develop the PowerNote (a cryptocurrency based on CryptoNote Lite version but Lite and Transparent first of its kind and intended for use by money transfer corporations which are also interested in investing ) - Remember POWERNOTE (spring 2018) - then also the PowerMine (PoW) pool, and the PLPoS for PowerTokens on WAVES, then a social network called PowerApp in the summer of 2018... and more to come with the redesign of the website the logo and the Whitepaper and RoadMap... Powercoin as we now know it will not exist... Thank you any support is welcomed...
By the way this guy (hesdeadjim) i cant find him anywhere ... he responded to me only once... i really appreciate his work and we built something on his work but i still can't get in touch.

i gotta say, that new website looks awesome.
that being said, had i known someone else was interested in running this coin i wouldn't have spent almost 6 months trying to hack the wallet to get it to work right.
a pm would have been nice.
also, did you send the source for your your new wallet to yobit before you released it?
you have to let them upgrade as well or the chain will fork.
the coin is also listed on coinex and they are also waiting for a fix.
did you send them a copy of the new source as well?
and finally. did you address the problem of the negative balances that everyone is asking about?
