Well, that is PPCoin thing. It requires 520 confirmations for block which is 2-4 days on average.

For those who are very anxious to get their coins we have early withdrawal feature. But since it involves risk for us there is a fee.

Block 44278 was quite unlucky and shares submited that round exceeded N limit almost two times. Round started 2013-04-22 00:40:55 UTC and ended 2013-04-22 11:04:35 UTC so if you mined just before round started all shares have been likely discarded by the N limit.

As we know ppcoin requires a 520 confirmations which is a drawback for PPLNS pool. So we decided to allow withdrawals after 10 confirmations for those who are in an immediate need of funds. Since this involves risk for us the fee is 5%

Unlike bitcoin, ppcoin difficulty adjustment is continuous. It adjusts difficulty on each block.
In the last 4 days difficulty dropped from 310k to current 243k

Nice to hear that you got it working

Most people are now pumping other cryptos as ppcoin difficulty was driven very high by asics. Once it stabilises people will come back
