I am looking for exchanger which allows sepa funding from 3rd party services?

I know btc-e does it, but it is not good for me. Any alternatives?

Hi, say if you obtain plastic VISA or MasterCard where you can withdraw your bitcoins directly from any ATM, are you being anonymous when cashing out? In my country every ATM has integrated camera in it.
