Recently I have noted there is a new model from Bitfily. The B3.

Chip energy efficiency says only 0.081J/Gh, so, not a big improvement from B1+ but price (~669.00USD) and stock availability are interesting.

hello I just delivered your asic b1 +, I try to turn it on but there is a problem that I can not solve:
1- the blue lights on the three sets of hash board PCI-e connectors is not keep on.
2 - the configuration page does not show any status it remains blocked.

Have you resolved this issue? Blue leds should turn on in a few seconds. If not, try to disconnect from mainboard one of the fans, and reconnect after blue leds turn on.
There is a new english website: bitfily.vip, but you cannot make any orders. And their original chinese website is still online: bitfily.com
We have received a new batch of B1+. But It´s different in some details, like mainboard.

The company I work at, recently (about 7 weeks ago) have completed a huge buy of 500 or more B1+ asic units. The last new I have hearded was the shipment was sent on time and will arrive in only some days (maritime transport). I will keep you informed about that.

These containers are inside a warehouse. So, IMHO, the insulation you are talking about is perfect if the high temperature are caused by direct sunlight. But, in this case, the ambient air itself is at high temperature. The most important insulation we have is intake air from output air.
Humidity is not definitely something to not worry about. I think the biggest problem in this type of containers are the close distance between the pads and machines. The farther the better.
We are running this type of containers more than a year ago. Not much problem have caused any than rust in fan grill. Other farms nearby have adopted similar cooling systems since mid 2017. Their biggest mistake was miscalculation of air flux (sorry for this dull vocabulary and not explain with technical terms). I have not heard yet some big problem caused by humidity in these farms. In raining conditions or extreme humidity, of couse, we switch off the water pump.
Is that a solution where you make the filters / cellulose pads wet to provide cooling?

The first containers was made a year ago. It provided a cheap and efficient solution.
For best results next step will be use cold water. But we not have tested that option yet.

We have containers specially designed for hotter enviroments. I am working in a mining farm in Paraguay and weather here is very hoy in summer. Winter barely goes to under 5C.
So we have to deal with the hot weather almost all the year.
With our very cheap solution we can down 5 to 8C below ambient temperature.

I am not a electronic specialist like many here, but I think is not very good idea to connect conventional Psu to B1.

It seems it is very difficult to find a replacement for B1's Psu.
Rabinovich also talked about other Asic that uses 14-15v PSU. Innosilicon T2.
Maybe this Psu can work with B1?

DO pay close attention to the power specs for this! The miner CANNOT use a normal PSU. It requires 2 different voltage inputs, one for the control board and a higher voltage one for the hash boards.
From their site:
3. If the voltage for the miners control board doesnt range from 10.8V to 13.2V and the voltage for the hash boards doesnt range from 14.5V to 15.5V, the miner may fail to work or even breaks.
If you look at their PSU for the miner it is dual voltage out...

I am glad to know that, ZimbaCardi. I have positive feedback too about post-sale service of Bitfily, but same as you, I had to pay customs taxes. They have send me a PSU that is capable of handle hotter conditions. Is OK now.
One thing that has helped me is use 2 PSU per Asic. I mean, one psu for 2 hashboards. It works very well.
