Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin
by
choirunn
on 23/10/2017, 15:42:07 UTC
When is the best time to buy bitcoin and when do you think is the best time to sell?
I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)

the best time to buy bitcoin is a time like this when bitcoin experiences an event called hardfork, because when a hardfork event that has a bitcoin balance will get a new coin from hardfork for free.
and sell your bitcoin when the price drops or when you are in need of money.

Re: Wasn't that good to use bitcoin as your lifetime asset?
by

on 23/10/2017, 15:40:14 UTC
Please help me make clear idea about how good bitcoin is to be a digital asset as we become old in the future, and this served as our lifetime asset same as pension when your retire from your current job at the age of 60.

so I think if for long-term investment and for the old days you should buy bitcoin in the market available in your country, because it is guaranteed security and trust can be melted and can be visited directly to the location. and you will enjoy your investment return in the old days later.

Re: What is your best investment strategy?
by
choirunn
on 23/10/2017, 15:21:16 UTC
The crypto world can become unpredictable sometimes, making our choices of investing into it, a very limited one. From scams to ponzis, there have been many losses from investors, yet making it very difficult to find a reliable investment.

But on the bright side, you could still invest into assets and commodities with your crypto like Gold and Silver. Then, if done right you could profit along the way with a good strategy.

As for me, I only decide to invest into gold (by exchanging BTC to Gold) and into some NXT and BURST assets.

What would be your investment strategy? Please share your tips, advice, or any good strategy you would use to safeguard your crypto investments.  Smiley

my strategy is almost the same as you are buying an existing and trusted altcoin and having a very good developer, with altcoin investment very easy to double my bitcoin.

Re: Should I stop Buying BTC?
by
choirunn
on 23/10/2017, 14:53:28 UTC
Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?

do not stop, I suggest you always buy bitcoin, because the bitcoin is a bit limited and limited, while the market has a lot of bitcoin demand, it will make bitcoin more expensive, do not miss the opportunity to multiply a little in cheap price.

Re: Bitcoin = dotcom bubble?
by
choirunn
on 23/10/2017, 14:33:05 UTC
What do you guys think separates the crypto situation now from bubbles like the dotcom bubble back in 2000? I find there are a lot of similarities, and it worries me. The expansion of the crypto markets with new altcoins and ICO's coming every day, it seems as if sooner or later it's going to have to stop. What gives all these coins their value? What kind of methods do people here use to evaluate future cashflows or earnings? Almost every time I ask someone that on this forum they don't have any answer what so ever. Maybe just a "well it's going to go up because more people want in so that they can earn money too". That's 100% the definition of a ponzi scheme, which causes me to think we are operating in a ponzi financed economy (ref. Hymin Minsky's crisis model).

The dotcom bubble burst because people were expecting enormous future profits, which wasn't backed up at all by the organic growth in the industry. How should we determine what is organic growth in the crypto economy? It's really hard to say, as the technology is so young that companies aren't really making money yet. So what kind of earnings are you guys investing in? Is it simply that you expect the asset to increase in price due to higher demand, or are you betting on cashflows from the use of it? In bitcoin's case I guess there won't be too much cashflow from use, but there are many altcoins that try to do this. I'm just thinking loud here, so I'd very much like to hear your thoughts as well.

ICO is actually a positive activity for those who are conducting quality ICOs such as raising capital for technological development for the future, so I can conclude that I think from bitcoin or ethereium have to select really qualified ICO for future technology development.

Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country?
by
choirunn
on 17/10/2017, 03:29:24 UTC

Today many countries accept bitcoin as a virtual currency, is it because bitcoin is so high that they think bitcoin can change the country's economy, or because the country has many bitcoin users already?

If the government can regulate and control bitcoin, of course the bitcoin can improve the economy of a country. Many benefits if that happens, no administrative costs are required, although there is still transaction fees, and of course taxes from bitcoin transactions can improve the economy of a country.

Re: Bitcoin or gold?
by
choirunn
on 17/10/2017, 03:24:29 UTC
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.

obviously I choose bitcoin, because the bitcoin is limited and the demand is very much, the more it is hard to get then the price is more expensive, if the total gold supply is still a lot and its price can not go up even more expensive can drop the price.

Re: New rich people thanks to BTC
by
choirunn
on 17/10/2017, 03:21:54 UTC
I have been making an analysis about how people is getting real rich thanks to the increse of BTC and it is amazing to think that people are getting real rich, lets hope and this will continue so the people that holds very little BTC also gets rich.

This is the analisis I made:

On February 1st 2015 you will need 4,219 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 10,125,600 usd

On Febraury 1st 2016 you will need 2,681 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 6,434,400 usd

On February 1st 2017 you will need 992 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 2,380,800 usd

Today you need 404 BTC to have 1 million USD ( the person who has now 404 BTC it is millionaire, and in Feb 2015 just had with the same 404 BTC 95,757 USD

That is amazing.

I wonder what are the new rich people doing right know? have they realised that they are rich yet.

really happy and very proud if you buy bitcoin in 2009, and sell it in the year 2017, but every year bitcoin price more expensive, it's because bitcoin total supply is very limited and very much demand makes bitcoin price more expensive.

Re: Three reasons to invest in Bitcoin
by
choirunn
on 17/10/2017, 02:53:48 UTC
Quote
1. It’s gaining mainstream credibility as industry players consider it as the new gold – Bitcoin has many of the same qualities of gold, whose value is not controlled by governments.

2. Many investors and finance industry experts are serious about the promise of Bitcoin – A large number of mainstream investors and entrepreneurs already consider Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a legitimate asset class.

3. There is only a limited amount of Bitcoin – There are only 21 million Bitcoin tokens to be mined and no new tokens will appear until after 2140. This makes Bitcoin a deflationary currency whose value increases naturally with time.

Source here.

These are interesting big reasons why it is so wise to invest in Bitcoin. I am sure that many people are still doubting Bitcoin whether it can be a good investment vehicle or it is just another risky venture that can collapse anytime. Of course, we know better. So in case someone would be asking you this same question, you just have to enumerate the three big reasons above.

the reason for bitcoin investment is very easy
1. its bitcoin supply is very limited and demand is very much.
2. everyone does not yet know what bitcoin is and the benefits of having bitcoin.
3. from 2009 to 2017 this bitcoin price is more expensive and very expensive
for investors it is a huge advantage if you follow it.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

I get bitcoin as much as 0.01 Bitcoin every month and I often experience lose but not much just a little bit.

Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic
by
choirunn
on 11/10/2017, 07:54:07 UTC
both are more important because in bitcoin we need a smart strategy and smart people because we have to be able to read the price chart up and down bitcoin, when the price drops then it's a chance to buy coin bitcoin or altcoin buy when the price drops, and it takes time patience and good observation, so we need both to succeed in the trading world.

Re: What to do when prices are falling
by
choirunn
on 11/10/2017, 05:31:17 UTC
when the bitcoin price falls I can only wait and expect the price to go up again, because if it is sold I will incur losses, but I believe that bitcoin price keeps rising more expensive, because of the market demand and the limited supply will cause bitcoin price more expensive.

Re: Sell all alts to buy more cheaper?
by
choirunn
on 11/10/2017, 04:44:33 UTC
you should not need to sell your altcoin, if you sell it you will get a loss, you just hold your coin course price will back up, so my strategy is only hold until the price back up.
