Master List of Questions to know before investing in a coin project
I am compiling a list of questions you need answered before investing or getting involved with new project. One should have the answer to all of these questions before thinking about investing in a particular coin project.
If you have questions that should be answered please post them here and I will add to the list and ultimately create a master list.
Updates and input will be located in this thread.

A. There has been progress creating a website. Developing websites from the round up is what I have done for a living, so that helps out a lot. I am fortunate to have that as one of my skills. I am able to speak and edit programming, but I personally cannot sit and create a new program from scratch. That is not my calling in life. There are others much smarter than me in regards to custom programming.
Do you have any programmers?
A. We have a local programmer, and also sub out work to different programmers (overseas) when needed for a particular skill or task. This project has been discussed in length and he is aware and ready to take on the task. He realizes there is also an option to use programmers from the crypto community as well. The local programmer can act as a helper, project lead or both.
Q. Have you sacrificed any personal funds or time yet?
A. Between the exchange and the coins I myself have spent 4 months researching this project and creating a new alt coin(s) (that are actually useful), including US law, speaking to multiple lawyers, drafted a business plan, marketing plan etc. I have not mentioned the coin details on this on the board yet, but the new coin will be revolutionary without exaggeration. I believe the new coin will garner a lot of press. (Yes we all say that, but I am willing to stick my nose out there and say that you will find that the introduction will be different and exciting more than anything else on the market AND will actually be a USEFULL coin.)
We do have a domain name for both the business (coin) and exchange.
We have a 4 letter .com domain for the exchange.

A. Sponsors do have perks. A sponsor will receive a number of coins related to the exchange based on membership level. These limited number of coins will be available to members only, 100%, unless a vote says otherwise. As you know they will have $0 value, and are not legal tender. Due to US SEC laws we cannot specifically offer shares in a business without registering with the SEC. I assure you this literally costs millions of dollars to do, so registration is unattainable at this point. We are looking at SEC exemptions, but at this time we do not have one.

Whilst we are limiting people places to find information on a whole sub section of the next generation currencies, could we also start campaigns (1) to limit free speech (2) to start hunting whales again! (3) to Stop being dicks (4) raise funds for me, to help with my sarcasism

I don't mind an upfront premine as long as the release is fair for everyone. It's better than stating 0% premine and then instamining all the low diff blocks by withholding the wallet or not having any pools setup where everyone can start mining at the same time. There's more than one way to skin a cat 
Yes this basically what is happening now, devs say no premine then have broken wallet links and no pools working for many hours giving them the premine.
Small premines are ok if done in a honorable way problem is too many greedy people spoil it for everyone else by dumping their huge premine before the coin even has a chance

You hit the nail on the head!!!!! I wish everyone in the crypto community could wake up see this. Premining or broken pools is just the way it has to be done. I would never have broken pools, I would just let people know there is a premine and all the stakeholders would sign a
Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with a premine, at least in cases where devs took the time to develop a coin and obviously care to see it progress. I see it as having a stake in a product, legitimate businesses do it. Founders, CEOs, a lot of big wigs have large stakes in their companies, why should cryptocurrency be any different? Because it has low/no startup costs? I don't buy that argument, after all, isn't a person's time worth something? Besides, it's not like it changes anything inherent within the currency itself. A currency with a purpose will continue to have a purpose as long as people give it one.
I've said it once before, I don't mind if someone profits with an idea that can change the world for the better, and I sure as heck don't mind if someone profits in the process of helping me see profit. Everyone who makes the premine argument seems so focused on what they're putting in other people's pockets, and what's more, they seem so hurt by it. Why? Granted, I can see why getting burned by a dev who used you as a platform to make some quick cash can be frustrating, but should that really condemn the other creators who are actually trying to do something with a crypto? Is it really that bad to see someone get paid for their efforts?

In my opinion, It looks like the arguments for a minute premine is much more favorable than the arguments, or lack of, against premining.

AND he has no other job and money in his bank to just throw at an alt coin. Now that is a good plan.
