hello, i just wanted to get some information on how to implement bitcoin into programming
-I have little experience in html/css/javascript and some classes in college were i used java

I don't even know where to start or what i have to learn to add bitcoin into programming/gambling/games etc

so what i'm asking is what language do i have to learn to start adding any cryptocurrency or is it cheaper/quicker to mark up some pseudocode and give it to a programmer in a 3rd world country to do it for pennies on the dollar?
