I made a bet with a value of 0 on Mines and Blackjack and now I'm unable to stop the games. Any action continually results in an error message of "amount" must be greater than 0.My username is actmyname, if you can fix it. This is a pretty big problem. (Just wanted to test out some of the games)
I get the same problem but in HILO games, unable to stop/reset the game so I cant start a new game. Seems that it is a bug on all the games if we put 0 on the bet amount. I would not try it on all games though, just afraid that I will not able to play all the games if I try to put 0 to make sure about the bug. Indeed it is a big problem, need to be fixed as soon as possible. Also about the recovery password, I think there should be an easy way to do it by email. Recently I lost my password, forgot password is not working so I need to provide some informations to verify my account such as deposit address, linked email, last IP, last ISP, etc and I need to wait around 24 hours to get the new password.
I also have same problem with all people above. I cant stop hi lo game bacuse forget fill bet box. And now i make new account there so i can play all games without any problem. But my old account is almost level 12 and now i use new account from zero again and my new account wager still low.
My problem has been fixed already few hours after I asked about it to live support. You should do the same if you want to use your first account again, ask them to reset the game and once the administrator available then he will reset your stuck game.

I don't think that player have won those amount just from bonuses he might have claimed there before. Why don't you guys just close accounts that are linked with same IP/browser even before they start to play or just block registration of new account from same IP.
This is same for me too, I never have any problem with bitstarz before and they always paid. But after some time when I tried to play it again, I keep on losing here. Its like seems something is not right on their site but never come back after losing again and again
might they change their wining % or you were unlucky.

True. Just because some people faced a long confirmation time, an issue that beyond bitsler's capability to solve it, doesn't mean bitsler is untrustworthy.
he also said that his transaction is not confirmed for more than 48 hours. but he don't know that for the last 48 hours there were almost 90 thousand unconfirmed transaction out there. so he shouldn't blame bitsler.
