I can not really say no fixed date when you receive
if in 3 working days I have not been sent and I should know that, 10% pay for this service.

the same indifference and silence I hit everywhere I asked



pay $ 470 for this transaction and are not paid on time, I think it's a joke

I started new order (order ID 58360 and 58355) I send them money, they received the money(It's clearly visible in Order Status) and... absolutely nothing happened since then.

They didn't  complete the order, they didn't refund me.
They didn't answer my emails not even once.
They completely ignore my existence.

Entire month passed and my order status is still in "money received" state
