DO THE OLD SHAREHOLDERS HAVE OR CAN HAVE ANY PRIORITY IN GETTING THOSE SHARES LEFT UNSOLD AT 0.003?
Don't worry, the bottom will fall out any time now since there is no buy support. And there is no way they are even close to selling the all the IPVO shares that are available. Place low bids, the dumps are coming. Most likely back to .0020 when the panic sets in.

Looks like it has already started. ฿0.0027 now and it's practically a free fall until hitting ฿0.0020 bottom.

How many direct shares are still available?

If you factor in the trustworthiness, reputation, capability of the Labcoin team and their long history of meeting promises, on-time delivery and very accurate projected hashrate, the price should be worth 1 satoshi more.

Fixed that last bit.

I managed to snatch a bunch @ 1.28. That's more than 45% annual return.

Even with all the uncertainty and fear, it's a steal.

People who bought at 4.3: "Why not buy? It's a 30% annual return."
People who bought at 3.5: "Why not buy? It's a 30% annual return."
People who bought at 2.5: "Why not buy? It's a 30% annual return."

All of these people are now facing negative returns at current market prices.

Haha, thanks for your input. You're right indeed Smiley But looking at the order book, it doesn't really look like it's going to go down much further. Of course, I'm not going to fool myself and think I can predict the market. I am merely reacting to what I consider an advantageous situation in the middle of a panic.

Well. I made my bet already.

"Interesting times", that's for sure.

Also, that wall at 0.003 seems to be the dumbest guy ever.  If it's going up, it's going a lot higher than that.  Why give money away?
what makes you think it is going up?

Whether it goes down or not, this thread is proof that people are happy to cope with an astounding crapload of bullshit before acting as if they cared.

Even if Labcoin turns out to be a legitimate project, the milestone they have set is an excellent crash course for future scammers on how to abuse the Bitcoin community with little or no consequences.

Code it to send out a tweet for the rest of us and post the twitter account so we can follow it.

And finally I would like to thank the investors for their patience. We are all socially inept, yet brilliant technicians. We honestly didn't think that two days without updates would cause so much panic. I guess that is why twitter is more popular than Charles Dickens nowadays.

I laughed particularly hard with that one. Best post in the whole month.

I salute you, my friend.

We are entering a new phase, where I will need more time to work on the business to make it successful for everyone.  So I will be getting some help here in the thread.  This help takes a little more time to get the information processed for posting in the thread.  So at the point you are talking about, the information had not be processed, so I did not mention anything about it.  I hope this answers your question.

and by the sounds of it he will be trying to get help from us.  If there is any trust involved I will be selling my shares once and for all, because like i said, full liability needs to be on Ken, as he is the one who received the funds.  It would be so convenient to hire a thief off the forum, maybe an anonymous friend of his, to disguise his devious actions as someone elses.

I feel like this needs to be bumped

I feel like it's time to ignore your whiny, attention-whoring ass.  Cool

Nearly a week gone and I'm still waiting for Ken to do the BTCT to Bitfunder transfer I requested, meaning I've now missed out on getting dividends for the majority of my shares.

Definitely send an email or PM, he has been pretty busy this week from the look of things

You have to admit that it is quite unusual to have a multi-million dollar business and not hire anyone to do the menial tasks. I mean... do you really think Friedcat does personally address every shareholders' tiny issue?

I'm 100% anti-whine but most of the problems that make shareholders wary and whiny can be addressed with a minimum amount of effort and money.

Probably several trusted members of this forum are perfectly capable of lending Ken a hand with these things.

Personally if I were Ken I wouldnt give other investors control over the companys account, where they could abscond with all the shares.
But thats just me Wink

Sure, because in every business in history the CEO did everything, all the time.  Huh

Everything is great with eAsic, still working with Tradehill to get setup.  Sorry, to be so short with the response to VE.  Had to get the dividends out today.

You have no idea how much better this made me feel.  The previous PM to VE had me a little freaked out tbh.

Going to bed, nobody do anything crazy while I'm asleep.

You sound over-invested. Only hold what you can afford to loose, there are no guarantees in the btc world.

+1000

Sometimes I think there should be a 1-800 Freakout Hotline for cases like these. It's way too common.

If you're losing even one hour of sleep over an investment, you're too exposed.

I think the point isn't when or how much to disclose. Details on this should be decided by the CEO and the board only. These are tactical details.

What shareholders have a right to is what to expect. Coherence. Order. Predictability. This is an STRATEGIC decision, and it's key to the operation.

Right now, ActiveMining shareholders don't know how much, when or from whom to expect anything, and are subject to innecessary stress. Some are quiet about it, some whine, some panic sell, but in any case is a lose/lose situation.

Not to isolate AMC here, not at all....but this is the huge problem I see with all these stocks/funds...the management doesn't know how to keep their mouths shut about sensitive info, and even if they did, they share it with their BFF's before everyone else pretty much rampantly and without recourse.

Who pays for these indiscretions? All of the nobodies like us that funded these companies and own the majority of shares, we are left holding the bag. They all need to learn a few things about insider trading and self dealing. It may take some of them being sued to get the message through their thick arrogant skulls.

They should announce all publicly released info to the shareholders in official news releases, and if they as directors buy or sell ANY number of share in their own funds they should announce it publicly within 24 hours to the shareholders.

Very much agree.

The market also agrees.

Profitability of a mini blade, assuming $75/BTC is a reasonable 3-4 months.

People are buying USBs like crazy (and remember, they have no ROI whatsoever) so I foresee the blades selling like crack cocaine.

Should btcusd go up, ROI can be more than merely decent of course.

Just my $0.02.

Divpred: .013 on mining & .02 - .04 on sales.
Not the jackpot but the next weeks 'll probably be awesome Cool

SmiGueL is probably *the* authority on AM's dividend tracking, so I'm feeling optimistic.

If dividend is > .04 and BTCUSD doesn't go down, prepare for a rally.

Of course, now is the time to sell if you want to get money out now.

It could be argued that the best time to sell is the day of the dividend, right?

(Unless you're factoring a sharp crash of BTCUSD before that and more scared AM "investors" trying to cash out.)

BTC's only hope is 0coin - period.
Back in 2011 bubble THERE WERE NO ALTERNATIVES!!!!
Damn I hate to be Cassandra but people don't seem to realize that it is a digital product - in a matter of hours a better product can make an older one obsolete...

It is happening right now as we talk - check in BTC-e PPC, TRC, NMC and LTC to BTC ratios.
If that was not enough go and check XRP which is a whole different animal...
DESPITE they fall in USD along with BTC - in fact this is what scares me most! People prefer to go to an alt than fiat...

I will believe in alternative cryptocurrencies when I see Silk Road using them.

This has to be the most poorly maintained thread of all mining operations. I understand you guys are working hard to be up and running in August, but seriously...

No updates? No pictures? No projections? No FAQ?

At all?

Even Friedcat posts more often than you guys Sad
