Developer is alive ?

The dev is very much alive and well. He is very active in a slack group i am in. There are alot of big bag holders of this coin in that slack group. When he is questioned on the matter he says he has something sorted out and is hoping to get a friend to merge or take over the coin, not sure which now. I am surprised he has not been put under more pressure from the slack members, as most in there bought into this coin. Maybe one day he will actually get his thumb out of his arse and get this coin sorted out, but don't hold your breath. Your best optin is that a pump group on yobit pick up this coin and pump the hell out of it. If that does happen the future bagholders are gunna be even more unhappy than the current bagholders.

Well that is good to know that the dev is still alive and well however he has not come in here for a very long time to let people know what is going on with his coin. I sold all mine when it pumped a little not long ago as BTC has also gone up in the time I got in and so I made a small profit but I got sick and tired of waiting for this dev. There were never any updates so I decided to let go and invest the btc elsewhere and have made more profit from the other coins I invested in. I hope for the ones still holding that you all come out on top.

I guess technically most bag holders of any coin long term are actually ahead. I sunk 1 BTC into this coin and have approx 0.45 BTC if sold at todays price. When i sunk my 1 BTC into it BTC was worth around $400, if i can remember that far far back, my 0.45 BTC is now worth about $1500. So i could hide my disappointment of the way things have gone with this coin with the fact my initial investment has 3x in $ value. It still leaves a bad taste in the mouth though, when my investment went up about 60% and we were urged not to sell as he had big plans for the coin and a future Bittrex add. So we held and well we still hold..

We apologize for the lack of updates here. For anyone checking this bitcointalk thread, the reason that there is not much chatter here is because we have all moved over to our slack at http://Belacoin.herokuapp.com! We have 250 members there, and we talk and update every day.

Upcoming Events
January 29th: Belacoin will have its third birthday. We want to celebrate it in some awesome way, whether that's showcasing the 3 businesses/services that are coming to our blockchain thanks to http://Belacoin.org/invest or if we showcase Belacam to some extent. Either way, we are planning and working hard to make January 29th a big day for Belacoin.

It's still good to keep this forum updated. Casual traders, like myself, don't want to be a slack member of every coin out there but a quick read on  BCT keep us upto date on all coins in one place.

Have we had any updates elsewhere? The reason why I ask is because I have been noticing the price of BIOS has been going up over the past few days and is currently at 74 sats. Maybe there is still life here? I see the dev has not given up just yet on BIOS because if he did why would he want to keep his coin on C-cex? So maybe he is working on the coin and will hopefully update everyone here once it's almost complete or completed.

It's still low from it's price when the dev is still active, the dev is creating volume but I doubt if investors will show interest to buy because, dev interest is just to add volume so it will not get delisted ,if he wants the coin to generate more interest he should made an update or just drop by here

I agree that he is creating more volume to keep the coin listed on C-cex but why would he do this if he was not interested in his own coin anymore? Does he plan to come back in 2017 and start on the development of BIOS again. For anyone in the slack does the dev give any update at all on what is going on with BIOS?

Nope.

I am offering to sell couple 100k's of BIOS - so if there is anyone more patient than me with OP or some true believer in OP coming back, just let me know (quantity+price you want to buy). Will use escrow to protect both sides. Thanks.

If you don't like Yobit, go sell them on C-Cex then.
I doubt anyone will buy from you, off market, when there are perfectly good market places for you to trade them on.

With all those sell orders stacking up, I doubt it will go far. If they are removed, and thinned out, we could see a good pump. If not i doubt it will go to 10 sat.

I see on the 24th of October the dev had time to post in another topic but couldn't come here to post an update on what is going to happen with BIOS. As many have been saying this shows that he doesn't even care for his own coin any more because if he did he would of come here and let everyone know what is going on.

So wildduck have you heard from the dev? as you seem to be the only one here that ever hears from him.

The worst thing is I see him posting quite often in slack groups I am in. Which makes in more frustrating that he does not bother to come here, or BIOS slack. If he was away then fine, but he is around and has time to post in them. Very very frustrating indeed.

For me there is a big chance that this is just another scam, but scam coins are always the best coins to trade. You have the panic buy, panic sell situation... if this webstore is coming then Jobs will be trading at 20+sats, if it is not coming then it will drop back to 2 sats... It is all based on risks vs rewards. if you invest 0.20 BTC then you know that you can lose 0.20 BTC, in fact you should already believe that you lost 0.20 BTC, but if it is true, if this is another XRA, then those 0.20 BTC will become 2 BTC and even more.

Judging by the price of the Jobscoin on the Yobit in promises at this coin, no one believes. Price has not changed above 4 Satoshi. This is the best proof.

24hrs high whas @ 8

It was at 8, but with all those sell orders now suffocating the coin it will be back down to 1 sat very soon. People panic and think they are gunna lose their $10 so the sells pile up and the coin dies.. Again

WOW, you are so gullible.............

You idiots are all going to get REKT

 Roll Eyes

How am I going to get REKT ??

I put 0.2 BTC into a coin that could make me 10x or i could lose $130. I spend that on a good night out.

It's a gamble, and one i can afford to lose.

Almost all the new coins listed on Bittrex lose value. They go up as the speculation about been added to Bittrex builds up. That is where you need to sell. Once added it almost always goes down.

Bought 0.2 BTC worth at 4 sat. Sometimes you just have to take a chance. Will hold and see where it goes. I have made worse decisions in crypto, who knows this one might pay off.

Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins?
by

on 20/10/2016, 01:00:36 UTC
People use bitcoin because of a lot of reasons,  the security of bitcoin is a very good reason. Also the anonymousity of bitcoin, pay with bitcoin since it doesn't register to any name or any personal information.

Yes that is the best reason which attract customers to use bitcoin suppose if a person want to buy some credits on a gambling site and he do not want to show his identity then he choose to use bitcoin.

Most of the users are using bitcoin for gambling as they know that bitcoin has made gambling easier as you can gamble anytime from anywhere without disclosing your identity and the best thing is that you can gamble even with a small amount.
That is right. Gambling is one of the usage of bitcoin. Aside from being anonymous you can have easy access to gabmbling using bitcoin. But let us always take in consideration that gambling sites usually win in the end so its best to play for the purpose of entertainment and joy. Do not play much because in the end you will just lost all of your bitcoins.

I just started a thread about a real online betting site now accepting Bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1655461.0 This is not an Bitcoin casino, it is a real established mainstream online betting site. It is a big step for Bitcoin into the gambling industry.
