This is a scam site. They have been banned from multiple forums for scamming and have open scam reports on countless others. Do not be tricked into deposing money into this site.

They will not respond to support tickets, they will not provide services, and they will not make things right.

There are active fraud cases against them with paypal and coinbase.

It means you'll be able to transact in other currencies on the Velas blockchain, not just Velas. For example if you want to send Eth you will be able to do so on Velas.
