Claims is a unique new project where users can claim a share from the Claims Pool. The smart contract is set up that for every transaction the receiver only receives 99% of the transaction value and 1% is automatically added to the Claims Pool. Users can claim up to 10% of their current balance out of the claim pool.
How does it work?
When you make a transaction from A to B 99% of the transaction value ends up at B.
The smart contracts is constructed such that 1% is automatically transferred to the claims pool.
When you hold a certain amount of Claims you can claim a share out of this claim pool with a maximum of 10% of your current balance per claim.
The more Claims you hold the bigger the share you can claim out of the Claims Pool each time.
How to claim out of the Claims Pool?
The Claims Pool: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000001
You can claim out of the Claims Pools in several ways:
Make sure you have some Claims in your wallet to be able to claim more Claims.
* Make another transaction of 0 ETH to the address of the smart contract (0x3798af2ab464c758a8ac343f17c83990fa40c9bf)
* Send 0 Claims to any address to trigger to claim function
* Directly call the mint() function (advanced users)
In all the above cases you will withdraw your share from the claim pool!
You can do this over and over until the Claims Pool is depleted.
In that case you have to wait until someone makes a Claims transaction, so the smart contract can add 1% of that transaction to the Claims Pool
What is in it for the devs?
We do not take an initial share for other purposes than paying bounties.
For every claim 10% of the claimed values is transferred to the foundation wallet as a claim-fee.
We can use this in a later stage of the project for additional bounties.

12.5% is reserved for bounties (See bounty section)
87.5% is dropped out of thin air to 4375 addresses
For the first 100,000 transactions we add a bonus to the claim pool until the Maximum Supply is reached!
You can easily get your share (2,400 Claims) by sending 0 Eth to the address of the smart contract (0x3798af2ab464c758a8ac343f17c83990fa40c9bf).
You can only do this once.. And only if there are still some Claims left in the airdrop wallet.
Bounty
To kick-start the project we distribute 1,500,000 of Claims to our dear users in the following way (excluding the 1% claim fee )
The first 25 people that reply with their wallet address will receive 30,000 Claims for free!
The remaining 750.000 Claims are distributed in for the first ones that complete the following tasks and post the proof: (only 1 task per address/bitcointalk account)
