why do you need the vc platform, if you do not launch your own ICO promotion idea: derivatives exchange? The VC is to find ideas and make proposals/projects out of that.
Well, Derivatives Exchange is already a great (and your!) idea. Just build and launch it, support it with marketing. then we know if your VC can develop ideas into products.
Mind you, your website/youtube is full with Derivatives exchange promotion. so, why the focus on a VC platform?

sell slowly, when they go higher. do not sell right away. put some sell orders in the books, like 5% above, 10%, 20% above etc.

no way they need 1 billion dollar total funding.
for 1 billion you can employ 10,000 highly paid developers for a year. in reality, you just need 5 developers part time, not even paid. So, they are asking for 1000x needed funding.
this is a self enrichment scam.
clearly, he will not run with the money, because he is public. but: he puts all risk on the investors and raises insane amounts of funds; totally not needed.
