I appreciate your efforts but do you think it will be worth in the end ? Even if you post the full history of cloudbet scam all over the internet, they may still not return your money. You can only post this all over the internet, discourage people from using the site or blackmail them but sadly you cannot sue them in the court and cannot force them to pay you.
I agree with this, Cloudbet reputation is what the victim is holding to. There are also many scam accusations about Cloudbet rolling over the internet and in this forum. But who knows, Cloudbet has resolved an issue like this before but the refund may take up months before Cloudbet gives it back to the victim.

Here's the solved issue about cloudbet before (https://archive.is/IE1uy)

Efxes will get paid dont' worry.  i will see to it.

And then I will continue to fight for what is right.  This company cannot keep stealing from the crypto community, cloudbetscams.com will for sure be on the front page and we will rank other things to make sure this company never receives another deposit again.

On the site I'm going to detail every single scam in the history of cloudbet I can find on the internet.  I'm going to reach out to every single scammed person on the forums around the web and complaints, and we are going to go hard at Cloudbet.

I may slightly reconsider the intensity of the organized player class action if you return Efxes' deposit IMMEDIATELY.  Balance on the account needs to be returned.

Just as Efxes told the thread the site is going back up, hacking truly did just start up again.

They took the entire server offline somehow again.  The site may need to go up on something like google sites in order to make sure people are prevented from depositing to this site.

I am just helping Efxes, no relation... I don't like seeing the years of scamming from Cloudbet and this has opened my eyes, just doing a service to the community.....

Cloudbet:  stop hacking our servers, world needs to know what you do to the crypto community.  Pay Efxes his deposits NOW.  No justification in taking deposits, there is no argument.  Return his money now so he can support his family, you are stealing his deposits.

I didn't know it was this easy to break into a server but Cloudbet seems to repeatedly break into the server because of how much they don't want the scams to be exposed.  Every time I reinstall the entire operating system and wipe the server, they sitll break in.  I'm looking at the logs now and it's wild.

Our servers are being hacked by Cloudbet in unreal fashion, they seem to have DDOS capabilities and maybe even installing backdoors and things.  Someone doesn't want my server up and they've also looked through all of the other sites i had on the server and trying to do anything they can to hack it.  Take a looka t these logs, i'm not sure if it says anything but....

Announcing that with immediate effect, Cloudbet is no longer available on BTCGOSU: https://www.btcgosu.com/blog/news/cloudbet-removed-on-btcgosu-due-to-open-scam-accusation/

@Cloudbet Just like other reputable members (Hhampuz, Jollygood etc.) have already stated, I do not understand the way you are handling this case - I didn't expect that from you and if there is more to it, feel free to get in touch. Otherwise I will not only never promote you again but shortly also support the flag, add you to my Blacklist and help players by preventing them from signing up on your site.

Thank you, I added your article to cloudbetscams.com

Have you guys considered arbitration out of court to get these issues resolved? I mean, it's their choice to refuse USA customers, but Cloudbet has been involved in some dodgy practices in the past and there's only one way to get accountability
Good idea for Efxes, but I think with these offshore books they steal because they can.  It's not easy to track them down through the legal loopholes they hide under.

That's why I am making this site using information from Efxes case and a number of other scam cases .  Cloudbet thinks the community can sweep these scams under the rug.

https://cloudbetscams.com

Site is back up after somebody tried to hack the server yesterday, assuming it to be Cloudbet given they responded angrily in the same time frame.  Site is back up and secure with SSL.  Bookmark it.  Don't let them steal more unsuspecting player money.  It's not just USA, they find other ways like accusing of bots, accusing of multi-accounts, without evidence they can take money and no lawyer can take the case because of how hard it is to deal with the shady Curacao gaming.  But we are looking into class action suit with all the scams including Efxes, bookmark https://cloudbetscams.com

I don't see who else it woudl be.  I have had the server up for a year now.

I'm not sure how to check the logs after quickly deleting the server because I didn't want them to dwonload the logs themselves.

But whatever, hackers are going to hack but I don't see why it wouldn't be anyone else.
I will put the site back up in the next day

to quote above:
In most cases, the player is cooperative and provides us with accurate documentation about their account and residency. If they are a USA resident, we close their account permanently, and return their account balance. This has been the case with several vocal users in the forum. Sometimes this can take some time, as every case is slightly different, but is always resolved eventually provided the player furnishes us with accurate information.

SO WHAT THE HELL CHANGED CLOUDBET?

by the way it looks like the two people most interested in this from outside the USA are Great Britain and Poland/Polish speaking.  So I believe Cloudbet's main headquarters are likely Poland and Great Britain.  Someone said they think Italy but anyways, we are researching these topics and will likely out the owners seeing how low they are willing to go with hacking into servers and things just not to pay a player their rightful money and deposits.

Somebody just brute force hacked their way into my server and figured out my password, changed the root password, changed the cpanel password.  How do I know this?  Because after reinstalling the Operating System, there were 43 attempts to brute force in again and steal the next password.

Cloudbet:  I am restricting the IP's so you won't be able to brute force in any more and I will have to re-do CloudbetScams.com which won't be hard because there's so much information out there on you scamming.

Instead of paying Efxes you decide to hack into his server and make the world not see the money you are stealing.  It is obvious the virus has affected your profits and you are resorting to scamming again.  and now you are hacking servers that call you out?  Good job Cloudbet.  Really good job.

@Cloudbet we are still waiting for you to respond in this thread in a clear manner about what you intend to do next or you could always contact efxes and start the process of reconciliation with him.

what makes anyone more stressed Is when they ignore you. @Cloudbet entered the forum but did not answer anything. I already used the Cloudbet website and I had no problem, maybe because I had deposited a very small amount (it was a 0.004 BTC deposit last year). But when I used the @Cloudbet I thought they wouldn't have any more problems like that, then I did more research and decided to just use sportsbet.io and now I'm using my country's local website because I started to be afraid of many sports betting sites. My point is that accusations of this kind destroy a website's reputation a lot. And from what I see when some betting site becomes very popular? they do not caring about this forum, they no longer care about things like negative feedback, maybe only the flag could have better results

This is also a very good point.

Once a website becomes established, they don't care about answering to their scams and angles that they pull to secure huge sums of money by defrauding players.  They only care about bringing more big betting customers in.  I think they are finding their customers elsewhere- through google SEO and twitter and ways of creating some sort of credibility through articles and blogging and these things.

I think if cloudbetscams.com ranks high enough it can cause an effect.  Also the owners need to be called out, this is an anonymous book.  These owners need to be called out for running a scam operation.  Stealing deposited money and saying it's in their right.

They need to be stopped from getting deposits so there must be a campaign done to stop it at the source and let people know how shady they are.

How do you think they bring in customers now?  I'm curious.  It seems they don't care about the forums any more.  I think they pay off the mediators too for the scam accusations on various sites like askgamblers and stuff.  These sites don't run on peanuts.

hi welcome to the club man.  Cloudbet is scamming too, i think they might be owned by same people.  Efxes was just scammed for $15,000.  These people will steal your fucking money.

https://cloudbetscams.com

I will include a place for sportsbet.io people to submit their story shortly.  We are creating a database and resource for scamming sportsbooks and calling out owners.

I put it up, I'm helping Efxes try and get paid.  I don't need any money, I just do not like seeing people get scammed.  He is giving me all the info I need and if more things happen with cloudbet they will be on this resourceful site:  https://cloudbetscams.com

we are doing our best.  Thank you for supporting the site, it is in progress.

You should be worried about two things:

Any big win even if your account is overall loss in your account history.

If you have a winning account.

Other than that for NOW your money is safe but you never ever ever know with Cloudbet.

Besides this, why support this sportsbook knowing they take customer money.  If you are a losing account don't continue giving them your money.  Do not deposit.  You will be doing a service to the community if you help them not be in business any longer.  They steal.

Thanks for supporting, I am also doing my part.  I am actively making https://cloudbetscams.com the best it can be so that Efxes can be paid and people know not to deposit to the site.

I've been informed they are constantly posting new advertisements to Twitter multiple times a day and this may be how they get many customers:
https://twitter.com/cloudbet

Can you guys ask them what is going on in the comments?  Efxes said they blocked him from Twitter and asked for my help to call them out.  He doesn't want more people depositing while this is going on.

It's important that more people aren't stolen from in the bitcoin community.  They advertise themselves as the No. 1 bitcoin sportsbook.

Do you see the amount of scam accusations against the company?  They are doing this to many people.  Not only this, I have taken down the story and added it to https://cloudbetscams.com of Efxes.

They knew he had a winning account long term over the 3 months.  What they did was process plenty of cashouts but when he went to cashout the entire balance after going on a losing streak and depositing most of the money back inside, they used an angle to forcibly take the entire balance of the account.  And because the total deposits in the history was less than withdrawals, they knew that next time he deposits, they can take all those deposits and freeroll the customer.

Trust me, this is a company with a long shady history of scamming winners.  Even if it's a losing bettor, if they win a big amount they often do not get the balance on the account.

Please support the community in this and get this book off of the marketplace.

We are actively adding more information, if anyone has more information please submit it through the form on the site or PM

I did not even know Cloudbet had this many accusations open against them but from the evidence I can see,,, it seems OP is ignoring that he seems to have made several mistakes in his explanation, and left out that he did break TOS?

Have they offered to at least return the deposit, not winnings for breaking terms?

I've taken down all the notes from Efxes.  Basically they added up all the deposits and all the withdrawals, they say that since in the lifetime of the account he was already paid the total sum of his deposits, the deposits from the last few days should be kept by the site.  This is wrong.

#1 he submitted documentation showing his travels in Mexico, and is willing to send in more.

#2 even if this was the case, they should return the deposits since the LAST CASHOUT.  Why are they cashing him out and then accepting more deposits knowing that they'll just freeze the account when he deposits enough to make it worth it?

They are outright scamming which is why I made the site https://cloudbetscams.com

They need to be out of the community, they are stealing bitcoin.
