As shown in the original post, Cloverdex replied with much respect to the individual in question making these accusations. His tone was both accusatory but also rude which is why he was banned.
We have zero tolerance for such attitude unfortunately especially towards our CEO.

ICO is needed for the initial funding of the project. we can't stop dumping of price, however we have employed a number of strategies to in terms of token distribution to ensure the tokens are disrtibuted to a varied and large number of people. These strategies include airdrops and bounty programs. This aims to ensure that no single group of people or person has too much of the tokens that will allow for market manipulation. Please also note that team tokens will be vested over a number of years. Trust us when we say that this is not a short term project for us. We are in it for the long haul.

That is true. sorry about the late response, have been busy with developers and the ICO. We believe that a lean team (especially one that is high performing) is much more effective then a large team. the development side of things are going as planned and we have engaged a number of contractors at this current time.

Please note that the website only lists the core members, as opposed to everyone working on the project etc.

Liquidity will be tackled across a number of fronts. A major feature will be the ability to connect to other external exchanges to increase liquidity. In instances where the internal trade engine cannot find a suitable trade, the sell/buy request will be referred to our external trading engine which will identify best prices across other exchanges and make the trade (via their api's). From a user perspective, this is all in the background and they will not see any difference in the user experience.

Our exchange with also have social copy trade features which will also assist with increasing volume and liquidity.

hello bitkocha, The terms of the use are currently still being worked with our payment processor, however all we can say at this point is that it will be very competitive. Regarding the monthly fee, we are looking at ways to not have a fee, however it may be the decision that users who have a certain amount of CLDX tokens in their wallet will also gain free monthly fees.

In terms of the interest, as this is a debit card, there is not interest on the principal per month.

The below screen shot will give a bettter idea of the technical indicators we will use. each indicator will have a different weighting to the overal score.
