I really don't think that they're scamming anyone. It's a small project and they have proven themselves to be very smart technically (and equanimous in answering the many rather trying questions on this thread). If this is the route that they chose to scam people out of their crypto when there are way way way easier methods of gaining way way way more ethereum (way waaaay more), then I consider the eth that I've given them so far as a donation for their mental health because holy shit why do all this exquisite coding and like zero marketing if you wanna scam people? lol

Absolutely fascinating this is. I am intrigued to see the path that this token takes and how the dynamic between the two different ways of accumulating it affect the trade value every few months and over the decades. Seriously.

Regarding the project state, we prepared a lot of technical premieres for the crypto scene.
No scam intended, with our technical capabilities, we could easily have pulled off a multi million $ 'scam ICO'

The only payments are the gas fees which are inherent in any ETH contract, the creators gain nothing from those fees. They DO get money from those who bought into the ICO but that's an investors decision. The cost to get the airdrop was negligible, and it was entirely optional, so pay and hope the tiny cluster fraction gains value, or don't and have no worries about your own money.
LOL....Okay....44 cents per contract call....for a 0.000002 cent stake! If that makes sense to you, go for it. Gas fees are used to execute a contract. In this case, the contract executed "mines" new token for the token creators and token ICO purchasers, but not the airdroppers....make sense?
EDIT: It's like the older boy who gave the younger boy 2 brand new pennies for his old worn out dime!
Now this is getting ridiculous to an extreme level.
The airdrop contract has exactly 2 functions: registerAirdrop and claimAirdrop.
The only thing you do when calling any of those functions, is paying the transaction fee to store this information in the blockchain (101 basics of the Ethereum network).
Those fees are not received by anyone but miners on the Ethereum network. (really, this is the most basic knowledge about Ethereum)
The contract will throw if anyone attempts to send money, so it's balance will always be 0, like you can see on the blockchain.

Our contract has no need to 'mine new tokens' as you claim, since the amount of ClusterTokens needed for this airdrop have been funded inside the contract from the second the contract got launched.
As you can see right here, https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe010767a839c15fda3aae62934dbb737ea9d39ac9828185257947cf5901e93ea , and has been payed by us, and dedecuted from our own balance.
TL;DR
You pay gas to execute any transaction on the Ethereum network. In this case, to reserve a spot or to claim rewards from the contract.
You can read some basic documentation about Ethereum on Google before making ridiculous statements and claims.

Fail.....scam project....fees to participate are greater than reward. Nobody's winning here but the token creators....the airdrop participants who paid more than what they received don't even receive any dividends for their investments....FAIL! <----LOL....Suckers!
So you think the token creators get the transaction fees ...?! And the total tx fees of 250 participators are about how much? $75? I am sure the token creators are celebrating right now how much of a fortune they made!

The contract has 0 Ether and will always have 0 Ether.
It's more you sir, that fails to understand how things work, and fail to understand the importance of autonomous airdrop contracts.
So, scam? Checklist: We payed ~0.035 Ether to publish the contract, we received 0.000000000000 Ether, and the participants received their tokens. Where's the scam part about it?
And you might have missed that 1 Clustertoken was trading at 10000 Ether/ token beginning of this week as well.

Another thing to consider might be your investment amount. If its very little, the cluster might be extremely small as well.
There is a minimum purchase amount. Then it means Dev calculated the sum incorrectly, if 0 is obtained? Either an error in the contract, since any minimum if divided, still 18 decimal places are enough to not turn out 0. In short, the first impression never deceives. I immediately found this project strange. Well, that's right.
Not at all. Many participators invested the same amount (0.015), and even lower (0.01) than yours and still got their rewards. You can check it all on the public blockchain.
The transaction still won't show up on Ethplorer blockchain explorer, i'm assuming somewhere on the network something happened that causes this.
If you take a look at the most recent transaction, this account bought even lower than you did (0.01) and claims his rewards without any issues (https://etherscan.io/tx/0xfdb9b3b8dba7ea267ff44231438dce6e0eda53a44faabe5e9c8b0c593effb3b1)
Division by 0 is impossible: 1 CLUSTER / participators * 150000000000000 (your shares) / 2 (segments are half the reward) = ~ give or take 0.00000127 CLRT that you should be able to claim.
I suggest to wait another day, and if you still haven't received the segments, i'll pay them manually from our personal account.
Could you try to claim the next segment in the mean time?
Might be a stupid question, but have you tried shift+F5 on MyEtherwallet? Just had a user that was unable to send to the contract, shift+F5 solved the issue.

Just like in the first airdrop, developing is a process of testing and evolving.
Another small glitch has been found in the payout system, giving users less than what we intended.
We will automatically send the funds you still owe over the course of the next days to come.
Thanks to this small scale test, we can now investigate what happend and implement it in the future airdrops.
Everybody will receive 0.000025 or 0.00005 if they already have clustertokens in their account. We'll manually send the difference if the contract gives you lower amount right now.
*We leave this topic open for discussion and further updates if we found what might caused this strange behavior.

Best to go with the amount of gas that Myetherwallet automatically calculates.
You risk having a failed transaction if the gas amount is too low.

Another thing to consider might be your investment amount. If its very little, the cluster might be extremely small as well.
There is a minimum purchase amount. Then it means Dev calculated the sum incorrectly, if 0 is obtained? Either an error in the contract, since any minimum if divided, still 18 decimal places are enough to not turn out 0. In short, the first impression never deceives. I immediately found this project strange. Well, that's right.
Not at all. Many participators invested the same amount (0.015), and even lower (0.01) than yours and still got their rewards. You can check it all on the public blockchain.
The transaction still won't show up on Ethplorer blockchain explorer, i'm assuming somewhere on the network something happened that causes this.

Division by 0 is impossible: 1 CLUSTER / participators * 150000000000000 (your shares) / 2 (segments are half the reward) = ~ give or take 0.00000127 CLRT that you should be able to claim.
I suggest to wait another day, and if you still haven't received the segments, i'll pay them manually from our personal account.

Might be a stupid question, but have you tried shift+F5 on MyEtherwallet? Just had a user that was unable to send to the contract, shift+F5 solved the issue.

Very odd case, i can see in the blockchain that you received 0 tokens when calling the 'ClaimSegment' function.
