when registering ITO projects, do you take into account the regions in which the project is registered?
I saw in the registration form section to fill in. I think this will not affect the project's passing validation if the project idea does have prospects for launching and the economic justification of the token.

Good question. Although we initially focus on the Philippines with a particular use-case, ROKS is meant to be used anywhere in the world. We chose to peg it to USD at the moment because USD is the most widely-accepted and most stable fiat currency in the world.
Why not peg it to a "basket of fiat currencies", like Facebook's Libra? Legally, that would be a thousand times more complicated. In the end, each Libra would still have to have a value with respect to any one currency in the basket. Facebook claims that pegging to several fiat currencies and not just one currency makes Libra more stable than most other stablecoins, but we doubt it. It depends on how they will legally bind themselves to the value of the whole basket.
Agreed, backing to a basket of a fiat currencies is very smart choise, so why not to perfom it right now? I'm even suprised that nobofy did it before.

Does KYC need when distributing coins?
In fact, I think that KYC is a necessity in our time, but the Cocos-BCX team did not report a requirement to confirm KYC to get tokens
I registered and did not fill out KYC.
Although I believe that KYC removes fraudsters from the market, which will positively affect the growth of the coin price in the future
This is the decision of the Cocos-BCX team and their lawyers. Permissions are also needed to collect and store personal data.

The team is constantly updating information about their successes. I think that all the important events that occur in the project, the developers will disclose on their page on social media. You just have to wait for new messages.

All services of the platform will be paid for with LEVL tokens. Investors will have a double benefit if they can invest in new projects.
As you know all know Phore Blockchain puts a very high priority on performance and security in all of the products we deliver. We recently uncovered a bug within the new version of the marketplace and this may have become problematic to some users. In order to protect both the Phore community and maintain our development quality standards we have made the decision to delay the release of the marketplace until the problems are resolved.
Whilst missing our deadline is regrettable, this is nothing compared to the regret we would have felt had we released a version of the marketplace which was not in line with the quality users have come to expect from the Phore Blockchain team and project.
Our developers had been working round the clock to meet the deadline and are confident in having this resolved in the next day or so, however in line with our quality standards we are intending to re-test the entire platform. The revised release date for the new version of the Phore Marketplace is Monday July 22nd.

I hope your developers will have time to fix the found vulnerabilities.
Julian Meyer is a good developer and I want the coin to stop falling in price.

I think your application will be very popular.
The very idea of the project attracts a lot of attention, but the development depends on the speed of attracted investments. The faster Atronocom will attract the right amount of funds, the faster the messenger will be launched.
If Atronocom holds 3-5 events like in Istanbul, then the project will not have any problems with investing.
At such events, there are often large investors and representatives of venture funds.

What difference here between a lot of other blockchains? What protocol will you have? Do you have a comparison table with other blockchain (with old like Ethereum, EOS, NEO and new like Pchain, Tomochain, Fantom etc?
Why compare ELLCRYS with other blockchains if they don't have such capabilities?

ELLCRYS is a blockchain that is not yet familiar to people. Therefore, potential investors would like to know all the advantages over other blockchains.
Ellcrys has a hybrid Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake protocol. It is quite interesting how it will be combined and work in the complex.
