Finally, it seems to be over. They don't respond on Telegram anymore, offices are closed and no official statement from the team. Very sad story, I had big hopes for this project.

There are some buy orders left on Tidex, think about to use this chance because it really doesn't look good.

Ich werde ebenfalls mit NEIN abstimmen, die Rate ist ja wirklich schlecht, mindestens 30-40% sollten wir auf jeden Fall bekommen. Ich bin auf das Voting schon sehr gespannt und hoffe dass viele Leute teilnehmen werden.

Correct, I've already sold a part of my free XPH because I think it will go much lower when the Fallback Method is ready.

Every Ark holder can access his free Phantom coins with the Ark or Phantom wallet, the Phantom wallet is easier because the Network is already configured, in the Ark wallet you have to setup a custom network.
If you have your Ark on your Ledger Nano S you have access to these XPH with the Ledger too - just use the Ark Ledger app. It's pretty cool that every Ark fork will have Ledger Nano S support right from the beginning.

There will be a snapshot on the 30th of december. At this time you have to hold your PAY on your own wallet where you have the private key from (Myetherwallet, MIST) if you want to claim the additional TENX dividend token. PAY will stay as the utility token, TENX token is for dividends.

This indeed a Christmas bonus to the TenX Pay community in general, anyone can participate in this awesome airdrop and have the chance to receive TenX tokens, but i can't understand if the airdrop ratio will be 1:1 of PAY tokens or how it will be, still very exciting news, many airdrop ongoing right now.

They haven't launched their mainnet yet so it's currently impossible to receive anything. They build on Ark v2 tech which was recently released and I'm sure they have to adapt some things, this may take some time.
I don't expect anything, but I would say "thank you" for these free coins.

It's always easy to make such recommondations afterwards. You never know what the market will do, it could have turned quickly again and climbed much further.

Oh boy, for the money Savedroid has taken through the ICO, they should have to have a genius product, as they did not start development on the greenfield either. But they do not. Ergo, I do not think it's going to happen anymore. It is best to charge off your investment.

Agreed, I've been doing this since the PR stunt, it doesn't make sense to sell because it's almost worthless at the moment.

1. China forbids ICO, but many NEOs open smart contracts for ICO Does the Chinese government give a Minus Effect to this situation?

2. This NEO definitely has many headquarters in the world, can you provide a map of NEO headquarters around the world?
for example NEOs are in Singapore, Switzerland or Australia.

Don't worry in due time they will answer your questions because NEO is slowly becoming more establishing because you can see there are many activities from this NEO blockchain. We need to wait patiently in order to get updates answers the community head.

Already 24 hours have not received an answer from Team NEO for this question, do I have to keep waiting for the answer until my beard turns white? LOL

IMO, the incentive for scams OTC is just too high to have a trustworthy OTC. One big scam and you are good to go. Without any consequences whatsoever. Why would than anybody work for the "small" fees and solve problems?

Not me personally, but a colleague of mine who's sitting next to me has already used House of Escrow without any problem. He used it because it's the recommended OTC group in the (unofficial) NEX Telegram Group "NEON Exchange".
Of course that's not a 100% guarantee and I agree with you, it's risky, but if I were to buy NEX now it would be my preferred option, and I would start with small amounts of course.
To wait for a legit exchange is the secure way - the worst thing that could happen would be a significantly higher price then.

That is true. If you want it now at the (probably) lower price, you have to accept the risk of being scammed. And be very careful and suspicious.

What about this tokok.com exchange? Anybody has any experience with that?

I've read some comments on Telegram about Tokok - you have to KYC before you can withdraw your Tokens/Coins, and they do withdrawals only once a day.
Be careful as it's a very new exchange, I would only use it with small amounts.
