Die einhellige Meinung meiner Kumpel: Regulierungen sind schlecht, Bitcoin wird dadurch stark gebremst.
Ich glaube, dass Regulierungen (in welche Form auch immer) sehr wichtig sind, um die gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz zu stärken und eine einheitliche sowie klare rechtliche Basis zu schaffen.Wir sind da aber eher in der Minderheit in der Cryptoszene.. Der Staat ist böse und es werden alle unterdrückt

Diese Aussage ist schlicht falsch. Weißt du überhaupt was Regulierungen sind ?Regulierungen sind in der Regel "Einschränkungen eines Marktes, um alle Marktteilnehmer im öffentlichen Interesse zu schützen, ohne jedoch den Markt zum Erliegen zu bringen".
Denke mal das FIFO so gut wie weg sein wird und das das Finanzamt uns noch genauer kontrolliert, damit wir ja auch die Märchensteuer bezahlen.
Wieso ? Steuerrechtlich ist doch geklärt wie Bitcoins & Co. zu handhaben sind. Warum sollte das unter cryptowährungsspezifischen Regulierungen geändert werden ? Dafür sehe ich keinen Grund.Ich glaube nicht, dass es dir um die "Überwachung" an sich geht - sondern nur darum dich vor den Steuern zu drücken.
Eher sehe ich Maßnahmen gegen (scam) ICOs, Marktmanipulationen, Ponzischemata und was es hier noch so alles gibt!
Hello... I have sent the BCH from m Bitstamp account to Localbitcoins BTC address... My mystake... Now I lost BCH , I can not see it neither on Bitstamp account not on Localbitcoins account.
Can anybody help? Any ideas how can I receive BCH back to Bitstamp account or have it available on Localbitcoins account?

Maybe contact the service providers involved ? They have the corresponding private keys and may be able to help you!

And also the argument, that IOTA is not listed on many exchanges, hence it is not raising is also weak
I think it's one of the strongest arguments. The popular IOTA exchanges disabled registration for new users -> new people that want to get into IOTA can't... Not anyone wants to get verfied on dozens of exchanges aswell. Furthermore, IOTA happens to have a very high USD/IOTA pair trading volume compared to other coins. Maybe this is a psychologic limitation ?

Does shift work? I want to host a website, and was thinking about using shift, but It doesn't have any getting started guides!? Please advice in here...
Apparently, there is a website with the 2048 game hosted on the Shift network already.
Furthermore, the developers wanted to launch a new official Shift Website on the network and update the roadmap etc. with it!

I am going with Shift, thought about Shield like a week ago (it doubled within the past couple of days).
