as announced I finished my work on multi-payments. For now I would like to get some more feedback on
the service before I set it available on publicnet.

Here are the steps for testing:

1. Sign in with test account https://smartstellar.org/testnet
2. Select Menu -> MultiSend -> Upload
3. Download Sample CSV with link or direct: https://smartstellar.org/documents/multi-sample.csv
4. Edit CSV-Sample and upload
5. Wait until account validation is done - click refresh button
6. Sign all transactions
7. Wait until transactions are signed and submitted to the network! - click refresh button

as I'm working myself through the technical tutorials of Stellar
I got the idea to provide a fun and easy approach of explaining Stellar Lumens.

Anybody else experienced this problem?
