lol at thread title
lol at price

Lol at known scammer.

Oh and the first reply is right, you need to increase your rate. And don't make it a flat rate like 10.5, make it a percentage off the last, or a flat amount off the last, like 50 cents off the mtgox last, or 5% off mtgox last.

I understand where you guys are coming from, but what I'm saying is it's very possible to hammer out better deals for hard currency.

I can easily sell coins at £6 & still be in profit though, so there goes your logic. By the time I have the coins I'm already up by about 35% on each coin.

I think the bigger joke here is that you make assumptions based on your own experience in this market.

Ok I'm fuckin evil cause I think this is a bad deal, great. But fact is, for most, it is. Even if the margin is that large, like it is for you, why wouldn't you sell at the last? It's very doable. Why go out of your way like this just to lose money? I'm saying it's a joke to settle for a price this unfair, and it's insulting to even suggest it is. And even besides that, If there's guys like you out there willing to settle for a shit deal like this, don't you think guys like me would be taking advantage trying to sell our thousands of coins and making a four figure commission off your stupidity just by reselling at the last? We don't, because it's not doable. So you've got to understand, whatever your price margin is at, it's a bad deal. Hence, it's a funny suggestion that a deal like this could be made with anyone but the guy buying being the winner.

I love having to explain myself when I laugh at something, even if the reason why should be readily apparent to most. But there just has to be a smartass that has to make it into a big thing. Why? It's a bad deal, that's a fact. Even if you're a billionaire buying a hershey bar for $20 and it doesn't even matter to you, it doesn't change the fact you're still getting ripped off compared to the price you could have gotten it elsewhere. Opportunity costs, they exist and objectively dictate what is and isn't the best deal. I realize you're angry with me for my reaction to the post, but that doesn't make this deal any better than it is. There's no assumptions, there's just the fact that you're losing 15% to this guy just because.

Joke is no one would be stupid enough to take this deal, unless they were a millionaire and just didn't care about losing a couple hundred bucks.

TC I know you don't work on weekends but if you could please check your e-mail that would be great. Have been waiting a couple days for a response and I know you're busy but I need this info for next week's transaction so it would be good to get a response today to stay ahead of things.

Thanks.

This isn't the thread for Bitcions Direct.  We have about 100+ requests for deposits using Bitcoins Direct program so it may take a while.  If you simply want to purchase coins then (per message below) just send PO request on Sunday.  If you have a specific question/issue I don't see an email from you so please send it again or drop me a PM.  Also don't work on weekend?  I wish.  Small business owners don't get weekends.  We are just way way way way way behind.  Hopefully things will get back to normal within the next week or so.

There is a support thread dedicated to Bitcoins Direct.
Important update:
The new FastCash4Bitcoins site has relaunched today.  There are significant changes to the codebase.  To ensure we have the resources to keep a close eye on FC4B for the first few days, and to avoid any further disruptions we have decided to not to start Bitcoins Direct sales until Monday 11/5/2012.  We will start accepting PO requests beginning Sunday 11/4/2012.  Please don't send requests prior to that as they won't be accepted.  Please don't send emails requesting an exception, because it won't be granted and it will waste resources which could be spent ramping up volume on FC4B.  A good relaunch of FC4B is very important to ensure we can meet all your future coin needs.  Thank you for your understanding.

On edit: edited to be slightly less of a jerk. Wink

Sorry I thought you knew who I was I'll PM you my e-mail. And no you haven't responded to my last couple e-mails yet.

Also I figured you didn't work the weekends since if I send you an e-mail late on Friday or on Sat I never get a response until Monday.

Don't you think if this was something that was easy to do we'd all be doing it?

So do we have to create an account to sell bitcoins now?

Yes.  Regrettable but we had people blatantly selling coins and directing the funds to other persons bank accounts.  We can't allow that kind of behavior as regardless of Bitcoin's classification that would make us a money transmitter.

Care to elaborate on why this is a bad thing?

Liberty Payout, didn't you make a thread titled "Fuck You Guys" ?

Good luck.

Yes I did. What does that have to do with the thread?

Shows how unprofessional you are? Same reason I'm not going to deal with you is the same reason I don't want my kid babysat by a serial rapist.

[WTS] BTC for Cash
by

on 29/10/2012, 03:40:40 UTC
I will be selling at the Mtgox last. No fees (just trying to avoid selling fees myself). Trusted buyers only. You must provide references/feedback/threads detailing your trustworthiness. No sly shit - btc-otc ratings MUST be the same as your forum name if provided as a reference. I will accept USPS cash, WU, or MG. No transaction under $500 accepted.

Don't have much of a rep though I've done thousands in private transactions here - I can provide usernames of plenty of users who can vouch for my trustworthiness. I will send btc first, but only if all references check out clean.

Re: Cameroon where to buy or sell bitcoins?
by
coincash
on 01/09/2012, 18:48:02 UTC
Go to your local chicken-trader and say "I give you two chickens." He'll say "K for what?" And you'll be like "Well....there is one thing" and he'll be like "Say no more" and give you a huge bucket of bitcoins. Then you can bash them against your computer monitor until they're in your mtgox account and you can buy whatever you want with them!

Hope that helps Cheesy

On a serious note tho, Cameroon is a den of thieves. If you're an honest, hard-working human being I recommend gathering up whatever decent people you have that are close to you and getting far the fuck away from there. It's a grade A shithole, no offense.

Must be USPS express shipping. Shoot me a PM if interested. Trusted buyers only. I

there are a few options for that: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=82983.0  and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99286.0 also getbitcoin will send cash in the mail to you

I've already done transactions with both of them. tarant_01's second pack still has yet to show up tho after three days which gets me worried since it was for quite a large amount.

I posted this thread to gain access to a wider audience if there is anyone out there lurking that wants to do a trade.

Awesome trader, good communication and fast shipping. Had a little problem in between but he was right on top of it and I got the money 2 days after the btc went into his wallet. Highly recommend.
