I advise you all not to purchase any shares above 0.0002 because when we trade I will sell all of mine at 0.0002. So if you're buying these overpriced shares at 0.0005 you're an idiot.

you're an idiot for even saying something like that. Wouldn't you try to get the most money for your shares as possible? Ah whatever, some people just lack common sense.

No, I am not willfully withholding shareholder access to their shares to have unimpeded access to the market.  I am liquidating the shares due to the above reasons.

Ken, you gotta be upfront with us. Are you waiting to put shareholder shares up until ukyo's shares have been liquidated? This is something that you should state out in the open.

Hi VE.

VE please quit clogging this thread. I suggest counseling for your mental disorder.

I would much rather Ken get chips and boards in order before trading. That is a much bigger priority.

Great article that summed up the vibe of the last day of the Miami conference.  People seemed to still only like litecoin because its bitcoins handicapped little brother that we all feel sorry for, although worldcoin and others are better now.  Colored coins were met with a little more than luke warm reception, but etheryum was what got everyone panties in a bunch.    So idk if CC will be a ciabke option for our shares when the time is right to switch to decentralized shares.   Crazy I was just talking to Charlie Shreem yesterday, and now this.  This is nuts.  There are so many good things comming.  Bitcoin cell service starts tomorrow, a bitcoin school in Wynwood Miami, even a bitcoin mardigras in Mobile Bay.  Anyone is SoBe thar wants to meet up and chat ill be  shoot a message. The girls don't come out for another few hours anyway.  But there are a shit ton of amazing talented people in our community.

I like the idea of colored coins. However, it seems we would be beta testing colored coins with our shares. Is this a good idea? What if there is a bug? How will this get fixed. Is this a good idea to be beta testing with shares?

Colored coins are just as good as any other coins.  There are no bugs dude, that's just racist.

Ha, no racism. Just curious. Colored coins it is!

Colored Coins... that way if all goes to shit I can at least claim to have some of the first shares ever distributed in a decentralized manner using colored coins.

Should have at least got pictures of the inside... why didn't that happen?

What specifically did you ask and talk about?

I was expecting a Q/A report... even if he deferred, state it.

Believe it or not you can't just whip your camera out and take pictures on private property.

You also don't get to "expect" anything. I already explained that it was told to me to wait for Ken for the questions so that's what I'll be doing. I already told you that I'll be writing a report and it might not be exactly what you want but it will be what you get. If you want something specific then go visit yourself (they have no problems with visitors) or find someone you trust in springfield to do it.

You promised to ask real questions -- you came back with "I got a good vibe from Gerald."
You promised to document what you found with pics.
You have delivered a pic of a mobo with a clock and fan motor guts.  Cute.
You could not possibly have forgotten to ask "what, exactly, have you shipped?"
You're back to your Terrahash bullshit like a dog to his vomit.

OO stfu and quit your bitching crumbs. He said he was meeting with Ken later this week. He met with Gerald who can't give the information Bar is looking for. At least wait until he meets with Ken to continue the constant diarrhea that flows from your keyboard to my screen.

Sure. In addition, I'll be glad to help to set this up (i.e. scripts for migration from old platform, instructions, etc).

This is actually really good news. thanks zumzero. Pretty cool of killerstorm to offer to help.

Offering credence to people as an afterthought is lame at best. Either challenge and support yourself of don't.

All you've got as a fallback is throwing judgemental observation. He is an old alcoholic, right?.

Please stop making a pest of yourself & delete your posts.
Thx.

Based on Ken's last update, ActM are months behind schedule for having working miners and by the time ActM do have miners they're going to be useless:

Do you even have shares? What a drama queen. A lot of whiney bitches that like to just cause drama on this board.

Weekly Update 1/1/14

Happy New Year!

The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.

Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:

We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.

We have been working 100% on our core business.

ActiveMining-PR Staff

If you really assemble then why no picture of it? I mean its easy as pie to do.
Because if you have been paying attention he has 250 TH on Eligius running rather consistently and being optimized.

Prove it. I would love to believe that but I simply don't. Please prove me wrong.

Ken, we need to know what's going on with the shares. 2 weeks ago you were hard at work making it come together. Now you don't even mention it. What's up?

Here we go again. The CEO is allowed to trade stock in his own company. It is not considered insider trading. It happens all the time. Many people watch when CEO's buy or sell stock as this could be an indication of where the stock price is heading. Nothing illegal about it.

Hi Ken,

The recent activity on the thread is discussing the merits of regular fortnightly brief updates from yourself.  A brief paragraph that should take no more than 15mins of your time.

Would you be willing to consider this moving forward?

If so, I would be happy to organise a proposal for a format you could use after consulting with the shareholders.

Your agreeing to this, in my view, would go a long way in restoring and building confidence which is will undoubtedly help the success of ActM given that future customers will read our thread in doing their due diligence.

Cheers,

zumzero

I am going to start giving a weekly update with ActiveMining-PR.

Thanks for this Ken.  Hopefully we can steer this thread away from the insanity.  Smiley

Thanks for sharing ZumZero. Good news.

This is good news. Thank you Ken and ZumZero.

We're all people, living in the real world, with real money at risk. Some people are going to ask questions. Some are going to be dicks, and others will be full on trolls. That is how the internet works. I am going to write you a prescription to 4chan.org so you can experience what assholes people really are. Point is, chill out with the pompous theatrics.

Bravo, great post. Quoted for truth.

Blah blah blah drawingthefud, when are you going to take your bi-polar medicine?

In other news, ActM is listed at https://www.crypto-trade.com/ under "waiting securities".
