Hi, I sent a payment which has been confirmed as making it to the destination address but I haven't received my bitcoin.  I have the guarantee file.  Participation ID 19582.  I have sent an email also, but no reply.  Please help  

It's kind of hard to take my mind off of the few thousand in excess bitcoin, I have rolling around in the tumbler that I can't access.
especially after that damn helix scam.

I can't access the participation link anymore, not sure what else do.
The good news is that the .05 I meant to send made it to the destination fine.

Checked my mailbox and the destination wallet. Nothing there. Participation id was 104451 and verified the URL I have bookmarked was correct one.

I did a payment also over a week ago and it was marked as successful in CoinMixer but has not came through. I did also send an email the next day but no answer.

WARNING: I have verifiable proof that this site does NOT work and transactions are traceable. Either this is a very serious bug only affecting me or worse. I'm really upset about your service.
I've tried it two times and send my coins to the specified address.
Everything went well until I've checked the address from where I got my coins back: It's your receiving address which sent my coins back to me. For this service I've paid about 1000$??
I can generate by my own an address where I randomly send my coins. It's the same anonymity as your service except I don't have to pay 1000$, just the tx fees.
At least I want back my service fees!

Edit: By the way: Your service not accepts bc... addresses. I had to generate an old address to use it, so I have to send my coins again...

HELP!

I sent the bitcoins to the site with my first wallet. I set the delay for 18 hours to be received on my second wallet. On my first wallet the coins are shown to be successfully sent, but on the Participation page, it still says (after 18 hours passed already now) that it awaits confirmation.

Please, can I get help? I have the transaction log on my wallet and the Letter of Guarantee itself.

I've sent some coins through but have not received them at my wallet after 24hrs.
