I think the first thing to avoid in the current market now is greediness many traders most especially those who do not have enough funds always see this as an opportunity to get it all at once but its very wrong try to study market and note the rate of interest that will come from your trading or investment instead of waiting for full return which might lead to regret at the end.

You can buy now investment is never too late but ensure to study the market if its the one that will favour you at the moment if you are a shot term investor as for the long term investor its never too late you can invest why waiting patiently for huge investment return but don't be greedy by looking for 100% profits always be wise.

Investment in any crypto coin is always by choice and trust not by price speculation. Price speculation has lead many crypto investors to a huge lost of funds that's why I do believed on clarity doing research about any coin before deciding if to invest or though crypto is all about risk if you are lucky good for you and if you are not you bear the lost.

Before filing against any company as a scam there should be prove with many evidence I think Latoken is never a scam exchange but its not advisable to list new token there due to my little experience I noticed most of the new coins listed there never performed well as the price normally depreciated. But that's not enough to call them scam.

Yes this is the main reason why cryptosystem is meant for the high risk takes, it always important to take a brave decision most especially in the crypto world. That's why all crypto enthusiast do look up to bitcoin holder as the the controller of the cmc because they take a bold step by investing their time and resources even when they never hope for profit today they all smiles.

They are greatly different STO should be the best as it offered a good opportunity to its investors as share holders of the company STO guaranteed full security it very hard for STO project to dump as it legally licensed even before the token sale as a result you can never witness a scam STO project all like ICO. IEO is just an advance ICO though the exchanges almost play the role of sec for the safety of investors and their own reputation. The project are properly screened before they can be accepted by any Exchange to carry out IEO.

Choosing a potential project to invest is a very important aspect in the cryptosystem as for me my attention is mainly focus on the product use cases, the team behind the project how transparent and trust worthy they are, if the project is legally licensed then I can invest if only the above investigations have proves of truth and trust.

To my observations most of the ICO's don't even care about their investors their primary aim is to the money for their selfish interest some of the ICO's has no use case and never bordered to list in a good exchange even when the hit hard cap. Though there are still potential projects out there but its not common to locate them.

I think most of the shit coins occur as a result of too much hype in the project with little or no product usage. This normally lead to low demand of the coins and those who notice this on time will have no choice than to dump before it gets more lower. Some time project put up lots of attractive features with having them in their schedule just to draw the attention of potential investors who knows the value of product usage that's it always advisable to do lots of research before taking decision.

It's important to do your own research, I will not advice anyone to take it final decision on which project to invest on just because someone say it without you clarifying it by your self. This has lead many to loss their funds. cryptosystem mostly favour those who do take time to investigate a project before investment and the high risk takes.
