no-one is ignored, but it seems like your message was somehow not read.
The reel symbol positions are not fixed like in most slot machines.
This is much better for the player, because there can be multiple occurrences of the same symbol on the same row. So if you are playing more than 3 rows, you get much better chance to get a better win.
The validation outputs the resulting spin with visual (haven' seen another provably fair site display the slot result like that, usually only the number of the symbols, or the reels'position like 30, 4, 33, 29, 23).
In addition the validation is all client side(javascript) based, so once it loads you can even disconnect from the net and check it against the values you recorded or downloaded.
