Received e-mail where Kepler asks me to fill Google form and "sign message in MEW" and link to fake website. I don`t think it`s real Kepler team, scammers used your name! Be aware!!!

Scammers know very well the Kepler token situation and attack people on their weakness Smiley
I hope kepler Bounty tokens are going to be distributed soon...

Seriously. We started this bounty in January, ended it in May and still no tokens. We're almost at a year since the bounty started. wtf?

Re: Crypto Bull Run!!!

I think once we see more implemntation of use in society (merchants accepting, atms, just crypto being more visible to people), that will be the predictor of the next bull run. Right now if the focus should be promotion and marketing.

Re: How Important is 100B MarketCap for BTC
by
coinsontheroad
on 18/09/2018, 17:04:56 UTC
Just like the price, the marketcap is not really important. It actually means nothing and It's much lower then 100B If we take in consideration the lost and untouched coins.

What you really need to look into to know If we're progressing or not is the number of ATMs, services, local shops etc. that accepts bitcoin and how are they growing over the months.

This is going to be the one true indicator and its also going to be the indicator dictates which coins win out in the end.

The market will make its decisions.

Re: Should buy and hold NEO?
by

on 10/09/2018, 20:46:20 UTC

In my opinion, NEO is a very potential project, the current price is around $ 36 has dropped quite a lot compared to previously up to more than $ 160. NEO technology is very much appreciated. The project runs on this platform and NEO also has a strong ecosystem. Should we buy NEO and keep it in the long run?

I held NEO for a while last year and cashed out near the top.

I'm back in as of now. I was $16 a couple weeks ago. I scooped that up like crazy. It's a buyers market.

Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency?
by
coinsontheroad
on 10/09/2018, 20:37:40 UTC
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

I think it's going to take quite a bit more time than most people think. I'm on a 50 to 100 year timeline. There are too many people that are older and less tech savy that just will not catch on. These generations need to bow out peacefully in order for the new order to take over. Once we have enough people in agreement/able to use/or has mastered the learning curve, then the world will be ready. As for now, don't hold your breath.

This isn't happening with every alt. My LATX bag is up 57%. I'm okay with that.

BTC tends to lead and dictate the alts. However, I think BTC is remaining still because people are waiting for more clarity on regulation. Once that gets hashed out, then the institutional money will start pouring in, the price will rise and we'll have another alt party.

Re: Will Litecoin grow up to $ 400???
by
coinsontheroad
on 21/05/2018, 15:32:44 UTC
It already came close to $400 in the last cycle where it mooned. It could come close to that again, but I'm no so sure it would remain stable at $400. My guess is we'll see it go up, then back down to settle at around $250 during the next bull run.

Re: Is rank of bounty manager is really matters?
by

on 20/05/2018, 14:55:50 UTC
I personally don't take manager's rank into account. All I'm looking for in a bounty is a solid project that I believe in that is actively engaging in their project. It's important to check up on your bounty to see how they are doing with community engagement.

Yikes. I'm sorry to hear you made that decision. I do like ADA, but I don't see it having any value in the short/mid term. I think ADA is a future investment and by future i mean like 10 years or greater.

Don't trade until you know how to make a targeted set up. Know where you want to close your position, know your risk to reward ratio. Don't forget about risk management. It's one of the most important things to stay in the game in trading.

Re: Is technical analysis useful?
by
coinsontheroad
on 17/05/2018, 13:49:56 UTC
I do not believe in this.
The reliability of the information obtained by technical analysis in the crypto-currency market could be wrong. Cryptocurrency market is very unstable price movements.
Everything can change even in minutes All can change.
Fixed prices because users who make a sale or purchase will affect the price in the Cryptocurrency Market.
The existence of technical analysis of Crypto money is not very effective.

I would disagree in my experience using TA on crypto. With the exception of BTC (sometimes), other coins respond to TA practices. Supports, resistances, shapes, elliot waves. They've all worked for me at one point or another.

Re: How is Etherium blockchain different from bitcoin blockchain?
by
coinsontheroad
on 14/05/2018, 19:10:24 UTC
Bitcoin is blockchain 1.0 and limited Supply = 21M BTC (now about 17M mined)

Etherium is blockchain 2.0 with another mining algo (for GPUs not ASICs), programmable language (solidity), smart-contracts but unlimited Supply (now about 100M ETH mined). ETH's developres are planning to upgrade it to Casper Protocol with POS-POW mining in near future.

The supply of ETH actually is limited. As the white paper explains, the rate of supply production will eventually reach 0, thus making more supply impossible.
