Are you sure your host is 192.168.1.1?? You can check by typing ipconfig into cmd. Look for address that starts with 192.168.1.?? and enter that one in.

From your post, you haven't submitted a share (the number of A's is 0). The pool calculates your expected hash rate through how many shares you submit. Sometimes cgminer is buggy and you just need to restart your machine.

I had some problems syncing too. I deleted peers.dat, worldcoin.conf and in settings->options->network checked "Map port using UPnP". I restarted the wallet and have now got 8 connections in the last minute. Not sure if this was just random luck or if any of what i did helped.

I would love to and i think i could get the team to assemble it all together. I just get the feeling that by the time the chips arrive it will be too late and the difficulty will be too high. You may break even.
