How can I make my ICO a success ( open discussion)

Hi,
We are currently developing a Fin-tech Crypto service.
The targeted market needs a service that is not catered for.
We have the solution and experienced team and working on an MVP.
The problem is we need more funding to continue work and to apply to financial solutions companies services.
What are the measure we should take so when our token ( used for commissions settlements) will be acquired by enough investors to reach our minimum hard cap and hopefully the soft cap, that will enable us to provide full fledged feature to our international users?

Payment Processing Provider?

Hi,
I’m currently trying to setup a website where users can buy and sell Bitcoins.
I am looking for a PSP who can handle payments from credit cards and especially international Bank transfers.
The provider need to be able to handle reviving payments and sending payments to customers.
The capital we are looking at is about a million dollars for the startup.
I would appreciate any leads or links for such a service.
