Yes. easier to produce liquid gas yourself. Nitrogen is not an option, just the coldest, can be air. And process liquid out from gas does not require high compression. Mostly requires condensation of gases.

Not really. Conventional Air conditioners or cooling systems cool air and exhaust heat. Liauid nitrogen coolant will not exhaust any heat. Completely green technology.
