Hi all, i just donwloaded the miner, tried it with my 580x and im only getting around 9 MHs. I tried my card like two years ago with Claymore and it minned ETH at 22 MHs, so I must be doing something wrong.

I just downloaded lolminer and created this simple bat file:

Is that ok? Should I tweak or adjust anything anywhere? Thanks in advance.

Hello everybody. I have a Sapphire RX 580 4Gb, with modded BIOS (including memory timings) and overclocked until instability (1050/2020). It run under windows 10 with mining drivers, and Im having arround 25,5 Mh/s. I tried a lot of things trying to reach the "oficial" 30Mh/s that these cards are supposed to make. I even change my card for another one, but the hashes remain the same. After reading the experiences of several people with my same card and same hashes, i realized that 25 Mh/s are pretty OK for this card.

Now im thinking about building a dedicated mining rig with six Sapphire RX 580, and i wonder if the 8Gb version will reach more easily these "oficial" 30Mh/s

Im not fully understanding what I'm I buying with the tokens. If the benefits gows in the first month of years, due to new hardware and powerplants, does also the dividens grow? Because if I'm buying just a Watt, my benefits will always go down due to the increase of difficulty, untill the team decide to update the hardware.

If my benefits also grows with new installations, when you sell the locked tokens there will be dilution.

What will happen then with the dividends?If the amount of tokens increase, wont the profit for each one decrease?

Ahora estoy intentando hacerle undervolt y ver si es estable. Anoche estuve probando y no me daba errores, sin embargo esta mañana no estaba minando. Al parecer el pool (dogehouse) se cayó y luego no se reenganchó. El cgminer estaba abierto pero en "waiting for work from the pool" ¿Puede esto deberse a falta de voltaje? ¿hay que introducir algún comando para que se renganche?

Estoy viendo en este hilo https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=7534.0 que la Gigabite Windforce da algunos problemas y que es dificil pasar de 700-720Khs, sin embargo la Asus llega sin problemas a 730-750 y forzándolas he visto un par a 780-800. También he leido que es dificil hacer undervolt a la Gigabyte, ¿sabéis si tienen el votaje bloqueado? Lo que no se es si merece la pena la diferencia de 40€ y la falta de stock.

Estoy dudando entre una Asus DC2T y una Gigabyte windforce:

Asus DC2T: Es más fresca, gasta un poco menos, lleva las memorias un poco más rápidas (que es lo importante para minar) y más bonita . No la tienen en stock, se supone que en una semana la traen.

Gigabyte: Vale 30€ menos, no tengo que esperar una semana y al parecer tiene 3 años de garantía en lugar de dos.

Donde yo vivo en verano hace mucho calor y me interesa que esté lo mejor refrigerada posible. Según las reviews que he visto hay unos 5 o 6 grados de diferencia a favor de la Asus. Las memorias van más rapidas pero tampoco se cuanta diferencia de Kh/s puede suponer, ¿20 o 30 quizá? A mi me gusta más la asus, pero no se si merece la diferencia y estar una semana esperando. Por otra parte un año más de garantía es algo a tener muy en cuenta.

Edito porque he visto que algunos sitios dan 3 años de garantía para la gigabyte.

Pues aún no me decido, hay unos 20€ de diferencia entre la Saphire y la Asus DirectCU II TOP y creo que merecen la pena. Siempre que pregunto unos me dicen que vaya a por la asus porque la saphire, aunque funciona bien, es algo peor y lleva una disipación un poco chustera. Otros me dicen que coja las saphire que van de puta madre y me deje de historias  . ¿Debería tener el cuenta algún otro modelo a parte de estos dos, por ejemplo las Vapor-X de sapphire? Gracias.

Can someone confirm if the saphire dual X has cooling sistem on the memories and vrms? I still havent decided, there are a diference 20/30€ between the saphire and de DirectCU II TOP... should i consider another model? Cheers.

I''ve readed that the sapphire dual X have not a cooling sistem on the memories, is that true? As far as i know, memories work hard on scrypt mining and the should be cooled.

¿Que modelo de 280x compraríais? Voy a comprar una para minar y jugar y probablemente meter otra luego, pero tengo dudas sobre que ensamblador coger. Estoy pensando en la Asus DirectCU II TOP, pero no sé si la diferencia con la Saphire Dual X merece la pena. He leido que esta última no lleva disipador en las memorias, y por lo que se es lo que más trabaja minando scrypt.

Hi all, would a Corsair tx2 650w support 2x7950? The 12v line has 53A, that's 636W and each card requires arround 300-310W. How many Khs would have? arround 1000-1100KHz?

Hola a todos, estoy haciendo pruebas con una 4850 y me da una gran variabilidad de khs. Normalmente oscila entre 110 y 50 y a veces la pongo a minar y se queda en 20. Estoy considerando comprar una 280x y me da miedo que oscile tanto. Tengo un Q6600, 2Gb de Ram y una Corsair de 650x, no creo que sea problema del resto del equipo. Estoy minando con el GUIminer, porque no me aclaro con el cgminer y los .bat  Los drivers son los 13.1 creo.

Gracias por las respuestas, ya he visto por aqui y otros sitios que no me debo preocupar por el cuello de botella salvo casos extremos.

Quisiera hacer otra pregunta, y para no abrir otro post la hago aqui: Estoy pensando en comprar una R9 280X para minar y jugar. Simplemente con sacarme lo que me cueste la gráfica me doy por satisfecho, ya que también la usaré para jugar algunos ratos. He estado mirando calculadores y probando con la HD4850 que tengo ahora y en unos 3 meses la tendría pagada. Se que hay rumores de que en marzo/abril salen FPGA y ASICS, y tampoco me fio mucho de los calculadores pues la realidad suele ser más dura. Sin embargo, me parece que muy mal se tiene que poner la cosa para no pagar la gráfica de aqui a, por ejemplo, un año ¿no?
