Alot of spam on the slack channels yes, so never ever follow a link from there. Otherwise its a good channel. Im liking some channels and the people around it, like Rise. Just awesome.
But if they want to contact me to mention the progress on the ICO, they better take mail or so

Dont go daytrading if you are stressed out quickly and have intense FOMO.
Tried it a few time to switch one coin back to BTC to buy another which was rising. Ended up with selling with loss and buying all time high.

Basically never sell with loss. You can conditional sell when you have some profit.

For me an actual product is another thing to look at.

RISE
WAVES
ARK
PIVX
OK
ETH
LTC

Alot of risk but also chance on big returns. So yeah read about them and double check what actually is behind it.
I'm into Agrello, Bankera and Red Pulse now, so hoping to see some returns soon

Had the Stratus coin, but that didnt really do much for me at all.

Now into LSK, Qtum and still in Rise although its not progressing in the right direction heh

Regulations are a good thing. Both company's who start an ICO and the investors are mostly out onto one thing and that is money. Regulations make sure that not 100 new ICO's will pop-up every day and then skip it with your money.

As always you have to see what an ICO does and who is behind it, to check if it is not a scam. Nothing changed there. Hopefully less scam coins popup.
For me i guess investing in an ICO is the same as investing in a company that will deliver something of worth, so that didnt change as well.

Only some company's can't invest and might put in money after the ICO has ended and the coin hits the market. That did change, but i'd see it as a good thing for me. (buy low and have them raise the worth later on)

Wallet has an address and exchange has an addres, so you just have to transfer like you would transfer any coin
