When some rich guy #1 buys millions worth btc, the price goes up.

Then he waits some time for others to think: Oh this thing is going up, am going to buy this now!

And then others follow him thinking how they will earn ton of money and the price of course goes up.

Then rich guy #1 sells everything on a higher price than it was before he bought it and he earns ton of money.

Everyone is waiting for a good price of crypto to just drop everything and earn some money. So coins are not a good investment right now in my opinion. Once the btc price goes up and stays like that for months, only then we can expect coins to rise up.

Let me tell you my opinion on marriage. Whatever you do, you will make mistake, so if you decide not to get married you will make mistake and if you decide to get married you will also make even bigger mistake. The only difference is that you can get kids out of marriage, and that is the only thing worth living for.

To sum up, yeah it can be a punishment if you look at it that way, but is it worth it, sure it is. Much better than being alone.

Eat less but be careful, you have to have regular meals. Drink more water, be more active, take a long walk.
