I've got my refund form Ecobit,
but I've received only 50% what I've invested so shame,

For those who forgot about NEM until we got in the top ten on CMC:
Rules were set , deadlines were determined.
Then deadlines were extended ( more than once).
Actions ( or in this case a lack there-off ) have consequences in life so just face these consequences and move on. The smart ones will learn from it, but those are probably not the ones that are wining about it. Take an example from extee and deal with it like a man
One more thing: I was an original stakeholder, I knew it was possible to claim a stake for my wife or whatever but never did. I can probably come up with a dozen reasons why I didn't but who cares.
Regrets came after a while but since that's has never helped anyone I decided to invest some more money. So that's what I did. In the mean time the money I invested has gained in value substantially and will do more so over time (at least that's what I expect)...
So my advice to those that missed out: Take whatever you can spare and invest it in XEM, the show is just getting started

But, to be fair, rules were changed as well, if you consider what happened with the sockpuppets...
They simply changed the rules on run just to keep as much stakes as they can for them.
And we all know that what has been done in that case it's far from being fair.

Honestly, in the meantime I really lost any interest in the project, since i've seen that nobody really care about issues like the one I have.
Now, after a long while, I'm back to the forum (curiosity), and I see one of your post as last post. Then I thought "why not?"
I'm back here just to see if it's possible to know WHY you guys acted in this way ?

All I can tell you is that I have nothing todo with that anymore and makoto seems to have a massive backlog. I'm sorry but I can't tell you anything except to wait (I know).

Phase 2 Redemption Guide
NEMStake(Nxt AE) redemption starts as of RIGHT NOW, and here's how you can do it:
Please install and run the NEM BETA client from bob.nem.ninja/webstart (or bob.nem.ninja for the standalone version). In the client you'll find the option to create your real address for the live-net. Please follow the steps below in order to do this:

Now that you've created a real NEM address, you will have to send your NEMStake to a Nxt address in order to redeem it. The address is NOT the issuing account. Please include the NEM address (NOT your private key!) you have created via the BETA Client as *unencrypted* message in the transaction and send it to NXT-97MX-EWKV-CGKX-DA5WH. IMPORTANT: UNENCRYPTED.
To sum up:
1) Create a real NEM address in the beta, as shown above (The field is to small for the complete address. Make sure you copy the whole thing!!!)
2) Send your NEMStake to NXT-97MX-EWKV-CGKX-DA5WH including an unencrypted message consisting of your real NEM address created with the BETA client, according to the screenshots above. Don't send your private key!
Clarification: With regards to the problem that the popup in the gui which displays the real account data cannot be selected for copy & paste (which some users reported): This is only an issue when using Firefox. We are aware of it and will fix it in the next release. You can use Chrome to have the ability to copy & paste the data.

A member called j23a in bitcointalk has a great idea. A recent scamcoin called stack coin stole 69 btc from a lot of people.
He wants to know if its possible to give them 1 stake. 1 stake divided by the total number of victims. I asked him to pm his idea to UP. one stake is not a lot and it would be a very classy gesture by our community. what do you guys think?

In addition to having bounties, what about a NEM lottery and a NEM scholarship?
Here are two ideas for the NEM marketing department:
Reclaim one of the refunded stakes and use it for a giveaway.
The purpose of the NEM lottery is to attract new users to NEM and will last for 1 year.
For all who join our NEM Facebook page, they will be entered into a lottery. Each week 25,000 NEM will be given away.
1.3M/25K = 52 contests.
Reclaim one of the refunded stakes and use it to start a scholarship. Later, donations would help sustain it.
We could give out several scholarships a year. 1.3 million NEM would provide a new scholarship of about 10,000 NEM
each month for the next 10 years. The applications or essays can be judged once voting is implemented.
