to have segwit addresses starting with a 3 in Electrum just follow these simple steps:

1) generate a bip39, 12 words seed on https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (use it offline for more security)
2) on electrum choose, File -> New/Restore -> Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed -> click on "options" and choose bip39, write the seed then click next
3) on derivation path path use: m/49'/0'/0'/0

that's all. Remember to save in a safe place the seed as electrum will not show it (read below)

if you check, the addressed generated by electrum using the specific BIP39 seed (derivation path m/49'/0'/0'/0)  are the same listed under BIP49 on page https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
so everything is fine. Actually I am using the electrum segwit wallet with "3" addresses with no problems.

Besides, you can see that when electrum generates a private key of a segwit address, it alerts you that it is not compatible with other wallets (warning: the format of private keys associated to segwit addresses may not be compatible with other wallets). In particular you cannot use a segwit private key on bitaddress.org who generates legacy addresses

The easiest way to vote is using Lisk Nano client. Download Lisk Nano here https://lisk.io/download

if you have lisk on exchanges you have to move them to a personal wallet like lisk nano.

Launch lisk nano, create a NEW ACCOUNT, save your pass phrase in a safe place (12 words. Take care of it; losing it, you will lose your lisk).
Move your funds on the newly created lisk address (if it is first time you do these tasks, be careful and move just 2 or 3 lisk to test everything is fine, then move the rest)
Once opened lisk nano,
go to VOTING tab, on search write gdtpool, then select it in the result line below.
Then press Vote on the right, then CONFIRM it in the next prompt

You can select up to 33 delegates in one time, and will cost you 1 Lisk. If you decide to vote for 101 delegates it will cost 4 lisk (3 votes of 33 and 1 vote of 2).

Just to be more clear, the gdtpool delegate is a standard pool, like others. It pays all its voters once in top101.
Voting just gdtpool entitle all voters to receive 90% share once it is in top 101, independently from the gdt bonus status (gold lever voter or not)

In fact, you probably are referring to the "GDT bonus" that is an other thing, and that we are actually giving to those voters who support us, choosing all 32 delegates in this list https://pool.liskgdt.net/members, members' list that in the last months had some modifications due to the fact some new members joined GDT (philhellmuth, vekexasia, joo5ty, 5an1ty) who are all very active members in the lisk community and some of them gave big contribute to the lisk code making improvements

vekexasia in particular is now working to implement LISK on Ledger nano, and he is in contact with Ledger support and is actively working on it.
In fact, to implement lisk on ledger nano, it is needed an intervention from ledger support in the firmware of the device due to an incompatibility vekexasia found...  So as you can see when we add a new user in GDT we add very skilled guys, who do great work for lisk community
