However, you shouldn't mine it with CPU/GPU - use ASIC's or rent hash
I managed to get 0.13 Xios in about an hour of mining with two 1080ti's. So yeah, I think you're right. Haha!

I've been out of the mining game a very long time. I have a couple of 1080 TI's that I've been running nicehash on.

See, I have no problem with this post. I've bolded the reason above. I didn't like your posts around a month ago because you were "150% certain" something was going to happen and just generally came across very confrontational. The post from today doesn't have that, and indeed, seems quite polite (to me).
Others might not see this the same way.
Apologies it came out that way. I was 150% sure of the impending dive. Bubbles arn't sustainable. This is probably the most black and white theory in economics. I am not so sure of the bottom. Once it breaks through 0.01 any stabilisation below 0.009 for an extended period should be seen as the bottom, 0.008 seems the most likely as DRK still has competitive advantage given its already established position.

I honestly couldn't care less whether his analysis was correct, rather just the tone it was presented with. I don't mind his tone today.
I'm fully (can we be fully???) aware of confirmation bias, et al.

All because you had some stabilised time during a crash doesn't mean you wern't in a crash. The RC3 deadline caused speculators to inflate the price after this crash, this is all they did. It's now back on its previous trajectory.
And yes. Buying now is also a sound investment decision. It will test 0.015 again at some point. It just misses out of optimum profit potential.
Fair enough, and I don't disagree with anything that you've said. If anything, your second point agrees with my initial in that you missed out on optimum profit potential during the climb back up to .02 when you were saying .01.

If you're so sure about it, please evaluate pros and cons of these both approaches and how they affect how successful a coin will be:
Fast distribution + low inflation
vs
Slow distribution + high inflation
Whether or not the coin will be successful is irrelevant.
Instaming 1,750,000 darkcoin in 15 hours, then changing the block reward from 500 to 5, matters to any sane person.

I'm normally happy to ignore the nonsense in the altcoin subform, but since you saw fit to go distrupt the coinjoin thread with some offtopic insult hurling I thought I'd bring the extensive response back here where its topical.
While the reason behind ignoring the altcoin subform makes sense, I wish individuals like yourself would come out and speak up more often. It's refreshing to hear the truth, but it's extremely difficult to know who to trust.
