Re: The second biggest mistake I made in mining.

Biggest mistake is to to buy mining equipment and mine without one of these 2 things:

- Privileged access to cheap mining hardware
- Free electricity

Without one of these you'll lose money. Garanteed.

Enjoy !

Re: Fees high

Fees are still high.  I don’t think bitcoin is only for early miners who have a lot of bitcoins, and for rich people’s who have a lot of money they both can pay as High fees he wants. We have to focus on whole users wich don’t have *million of bitcoins and can’t handle such a high fees.

Cool story bruh.

Funny when you think that if you count the PSU costs @ 75$ you never ROI a .72 BTC S3 miner. (at 15% increase diff and 350w @ 0.1$ Kw/h)

Only winner here is Bitmain.

Here is our 19" 4U rackable rig prototype

We have 3x R9 290 and 2x R9 280X but it looks like they don't like to work together.
Testing with only the 290s, the ventilation was quite good and temperature was the same than in our open rigs (~90°).

We'll rewire with 5x R9 290 (the 1600W should be at its limit) and test how it goes.
We could also put the PSU near motherboard, and space the GPU a little bit more.

If it works then we'll be able to fit 10 rigs per 19" bay, and make a nice looking laser cut front panel for each case Smiley

Eric

All i see there are extra costs. The enclosures, the super expensive USB risers and the computer fans (while big ass box fans are like 25 bucks).

I highly prefer my way. Buy metal frame shelf, modify it and fit 10 rigs in it. All this for practically nothing.

You are right, these are extra costs (except the USB risers, not so expensive when you buy a lot).
This makes sense only to host in 19" racks.

I'm sharing for fun, not to tell this is the way people should build their rig.

Eric

Ok i was thinking you were trying to make them and sell them.

If i could build that for reasonable costs (like you probably) i would.

Lets face it- BTC is total worthless- its garbage and you cant use it for anything

Last years bullrun had nothing to do with BTC beeing innovativ or anything- the only reason BTC reached this price levels is because of bitconnect and Ethereum ICOs
for bitconnect and to take part in eth icos the easiest way was to buy bitcoin and than invest in bitconnect- buying bcc coins

same with ethereum ICOs- majority of people bought BTC than traded it for ETH and than investing in eth ICOs

so if btc wouldnt have been around it would have even been much better if someone was abe to invest directly in bitconnect or ethereum.

Mike Novogratz is a shill from the worst kind- same with this other BTC shill Tone Vays

Face it BTC fanboys- your coin is garbage and noone can use it for anything- the only reason it had any usage was in the beginning when people used it to buy drugs on the darknet but other than that- screw bitcoin

and even lightning cant save this crap

And on the next bullrun ethereum will outperform btc again- especially when people are than able to purchase eth directly with fiat.

now prove me wrong, lol

This post is garbage.

Stopped at the first sentence.

If you are this stupid, you deserve it.

Not even talking about opening the email.

I am talking about keeping this much coins in a hot wallet that even more, is tied to your goddamn email address.

Even if i had thousands of BTC i wouldst keep more than a few in a hot wallet.

This has nothing to do with being rich or not.
