I so wish I had made this thread self moderated. I would just put a blanket ban on cloud mining related discussion.

I've made some quick calcs and its not yet "profitable" (maybe i am wrong) we still need your magic! (or tsiv's) :-)

The spot prices for GPU instances are very good. I think that a improvement in the tsiv miner for the grid card could make it profitable using GPU + CPU.
@tsiv, if you would like to test in a EC2 instance I can setup one instance and give the credentials so you can log in and run the tests you need.
Just let me know if you want to run some tests.

I don't think you can pass launch configs to ccminer...cudaminer takes those, not cc, afaik.
I think the launch configs is actually working on tsiv miner... My hashrate goes from 180 to 213 with 8x60 (stock clocks)
I am using this miner... Got some luck and found a block in just a few hours.
