It can happen but not now it still needs some time for Ethereum to return to 1000 USD or more after hardfork because the rate now is still low compared with the ATH last year. But, it will happen soon.

I have got high profit from altcoins so far but it was last year. Now, I still don't get a proper profit I want to get. I still trying hard to get it since the crypto market is so down and low but I still have faith for it.
