请问poloniex网站申请2级验证需要几天？

我7天前申请2级验证，到现在都没人理，关键是我2天前提交得工单也没人理会。
这网站工作人员能忙到连工单都不看？还是店大欺客？
有在P网玩过的朋友能回答一下验证需要几天，多谢！
