In 0.9.9.10 i see the Kraken indicator charts are not updating correctly. So i dont trade kraken with hts anymore. I Reported this issue yesterday, good change this will be fixed at next update/version.

could you please add an insurance "switch coin position only after x% filled" (check with actual wallet and open orders)

Today i switched coin position with only 0,0000166% filled of the trade amount. i had cancel order insurance after 2 minutes, but it was filled for only 0,0000166% , the position was switched and the order was not canceled. (i was hoping it was canceled and after 2 minutes a new order was placed for a new price)

or other ways to deal with this like preventing to make buy/sell walls like spreading the trade.


this is also important to protect your investments with the droploss safeties. if it only sells a small part and hts thinks it's done(order not 100% filled), we're screwed !


hope you understand the importance and so you can improve this situation as soon as possible.

0992 is a big improvement for me, much less memory usage so i can do a lot of backtesting/tuning thanks for this!

just updated to 0993, and 1 configured bot is missing now  (2014-29-03 10:24:57.398   |ERROR|   There is an error in XML document (79, 38).)

from last 12 hours i have the following issues:

on CEX.io i started with only btc available in my wallet with only HTS trading:
I had 4 bots running  (all the available btc pairs)with a static amount. for nmc i now have 3x trade NMC amount in wallet, for ghs i have 2x trade amount in wallet. and had to cancel 5x buy order ( 5x trade amount) and 2x sell order (2x trade amount) that went out of control. (I did not used the new timeout insurance) Something is seriously wrong here 
(already experience same behaviour on cryptsy a while ago with HTS) 

on cryptsy i had fee overcome active with a small loss (this is fixed with 0993?)

just visited haasbot's website, and it says you get the license for 2 years. Dont have this in my receipt when i bought this a few weeks ago, or any date mentioning when my license is over. Wondering how upgrades from simple to advanced are handled now?

i am interested, also in an quote/code for an upgrade from HTS simple to advanced.

not possible with the as-is bot, because it depends on a sell AND buy state. But you can use the html-api to check your cryptsy wallet,actual market price and place a manual order. (warning: you cant cancel an order yet)

I have BTCe problems with HTS.
Last 4 trades are not really made on BTCe, while HTS thinks they are made.
* not simulated
* statistics were cleared last night
* trade amount is in range of the wallet
* bot activated
* log shows me 4 trades(with some loss) while BTCe clearly shows no change in my wallets.

Had the same with Cryptsy, was hoping HTS worked with BTCe on a high volume pair.
Why do i have nothing but troubles with HTS?

to be honest you should say: between -100% and +100000000%

my loss the last month is about 60%

until now im not happy with HTS, only seeing troubles.

* having bought 3*trade amount in 1 hour on Cryptsy (making loss)!?

* losing track of BTCe market price and even trading on wrong market values!?

so until HTS is not fixed, count on big loss instead of profits.

* stillllll I do believe it will be fixed and profit will be possible in the future, but Stephan really has to take testing much more serious

almost crying when checking my great profit HTS shows me.
i see it made 20+ trades with 10% profit today, let's check...

on cryptsy i see on of the first sell's still pending in the cryptsy orderbook.
because of the downtrend i will only lose value.

why did HTS think it could still go on trading while it was pending as order
price dropped as hell and the order will be never filled like that.

on top of that i see HTS took a another trade with again the trade amount. so i have 2*trade amount on my loss

HTS is really buggy and making big losses for me, hope we get the stable rock HTS asap.

also don't have BTC-e wallet anymore according to HTS!?

* tracking stops after some time on BTCe, my bot on BTCe is not functioning anymore.
* stochastic indicator dont show last market price anymore. i miss the last 3.5 hours.
yesterday the BTCe bot was also trading on BTCe with old market info, very dangerous so please dont use this version for btce.
on cryptsy it works ok now.. but please fix BTCe now (and keep Cryptsy ok)

• In the past weekend i was backtesting a lot. I got a lot "Haasonline Trade Server has stopped working"
  From the last 10 crashes i made screenshots from the Windows problem details like "CLR20r3" , "APPCRASH" (kernelbase.dll), "System.OutOfMemoryException" if Stephan needs this.
  
  I see the memory footprint of HTS is high mostly over 1700MB. I think it leaks lots of memory on backtesting/autotuning (30+ times) and then crashes.
  Mostly after autosetup/autotune and the values are negative. Because haasbot.com is not caching all alt-coins(it should if you really want to support alt) i have to wait hours to start and building hours of track... (i prefer a week/month of backlog!). maybe add an api to HTS to add my own ticks from my own (tobuild)caching server?
  
• The profits of Cryptsy are totaly wrong in the tradelog, it shows 10% feecost in the tradelog!?
• A lot of time after a save and restart or a crash i loose all my tradebot settings
• when my trade amount is higher then my wallet (because of losses), it blocks trading and i lose even more money.
• on windows start, i was stuck in the updater. HTS was not running for hours, losing money
• lots of time in the debug i see HTS thinking it had a succesfull trade, after hours i found out and had to correct(change coin position) manually.
• today HTS pages are not parsing and get the #indicator.data fields(now its ok again)
• using the HTS api from my own scripts is resulting in a lot of refreshes/unwanted redirections when i check the website manually the same time
• simulation time should be the time of the moment it was of the simulated trade, now its the time of the simulation action. (i really want to compare it to the real market)
• At the moment i get no Cryptsy tracking at all:

Stephan, we have wonderfull features now, and if they worked stable they are very valueable. I hope you see its really time to put the next effort in fixing bugs and memory leaks. Also i hope the other customers agree to wait for new features in return for a stable release.

the exchange is already on 0.0(max-zeros)0000000001 and you get the same problems like CENT(pennies) impossible to handle the large amount of transactions.

I hope the Earthcoin will survive. Betting on it with mining now.
Their sites look professional and coinex and coinedup accepted them for exchange.
