your wallet for Windows or Linux?

If under Windows then go to your system disk example C:\Users\NamesUser\AppData\Roaming\netcoin  (NamesUser - User name on the computer) and add the file netcoin.conf if there is not such a file there yet, you can simply create a text file and write down the information in it, which is below (when saving this file, you just need to select "save as" and specify the file extension .conf)
