Leaving the 'expert' term behind, I'll try to answer your questions and doubts
I cannot say for sure how your trades happened, but my guess is that only some pairs are making most of the trades.
In a situation like that, only a small fraction of your total capital is being used (which is not a bad thing for some trader profiles). For example, having 1 BTC to trade, 20 pairs, 2% on each (0.04 BTC). With 20 pairs, trading with Emotionless and ~1% gain per trade, we'd have:
0.04 * 1% = 0.0004
0.0004 * 20 = 0.008
Meaning that, in a whole day and making 20 trades, the result would be 0.4% of your total capital.
My suggestion for that would be to make a better pairs selection (even if meaning less pairs) and to increase TRADING_LIMIT according to the coin you are trading. Some of them allow 'safe' scalps with higher trading limits, others don't.
DU is appliable to Emotionless. In newer LT versions, you can use it normally. Contact your reseller to get the latest version.
Volatile coins have a big fluctuation, but can Emotionless get that high spread generated? Ofc you can trade with smaller (or even exchange's minimum) trading limits to check for yourself, but as you said, the monitoring would have to me more frequent, considering that everything that pumps, dumps... DU is still an alternative, but imo stabler coins are more suitable for Emo strat.

DU is appliable to Emotionless. In newer LT versions, you can use it normally. Contact your reseller to get the latest version.
Another big question is about the volatile coins. It is said to use volatile coins since gunbot "eats volatility and spits out profit", but is this really recommended for emotionless? Adding volatile coins means managing your bot on a regular basis, this is contradictory to all the headlines about emotionless. It is said that with emotionless strategy you earn your daily profits without managing your bot and also you shouldnt modify and interfere with its work.

For me, GUNBOT - not the bot itself, but the mentality and attitude on its backend - represents a change of paradigm that many can experience now, all due to the digital era and the growing collaborativeness that is shaping an economy of abundance. I really wish that all of us can take the maximum of what Gunthar and GUNBOT are offering, which is much more than a way to make money - and all of that for 0.1 BTC... and can make something positive with it.

As you well know, GUNBOT works
Today I complete 1 month of a test account and I'd like to share the results with you to reassure you have made an excellent choice
Many updates were released, a lot of different settings - with many of them implemented thanks to the great community we have, and the great person of Gunthar, always listening to us - even if it's for denying an update request - explaining in Italian way if needed, the reason to implement or not to implement something.
For me, GUNBOT - not the bot itself, but the mentality and attitude on its backend - represents a change of paradigm that many can experience now, all due to the digital era and the growing collaborativeness that is shaping an economy of abundance. I really wish that all of us can take the maximum of what Gunthar and GUNBOT are offering, which is much more than a way to make money - and all of that for 0.1 BTC... and can make something positive with it.

How do I add a second coin pair on v2 for Windows? Do I have to run a second instance of GunBot? I only see settings and security options 
Go to security tab and add api info and save.
Go to settings tab and change the currency pair box from BTC_ETH to BTC_XMR (type it in). Keep or change default settings then press save to create the pair. Then start supergun.
If the command window has an error or closes then go the BTC_XMR-config.js and edit to make sure the api keys are imported properly. (Mine has sometimes put an extra space in with the api public key and also left the secret key out.) So fix and save manually if needed and try supergun again.
Thanks, do I need to click "start supergun" for each pair?
Linux version appears to have a tabbed view for easier viewing but I believe Gunthar is working on adding that to the Windows version.
And on't forget to save them individually prior to Start GunBot button or they'll won't work

My thoughts after reading the paper: I think the intention of banking unbanked people is good and should be pursued. But, I think that the people and organizations pursuing this should be foundations, volunteers and governments. For example the UN or the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation ($40B+ fund) is more suited to give $10 to 2B people, they could actually pay for it.
The main technological value I see you may develop is doing secure cryptographic signatures in a smartphone, more precisely, storing a private key securely, even if the device was stolen or lost and the memory was removed and sniffed. Also an app can be reverse-engineered, so your app needs to be resistant to that. Those are security problems that are unsolved unless you use a long password and encrypt the private key with it, I don't see how you are securing a private key without a password here. The software to do facial and voice authentication is definitely valuable, on my own searches I haven't found 3rd parties that do this well which is part of the reason pretty much no one is using facial and voice authentication on money apps. Iris and fingerprints are more common but less secure that a password.
In the paper I read that this is not a charity, therefore (1) how do I make money as an investor in this token? Why are you pushing a new currency when these communities live in countries with an established fiat currency, (2) Wouldn't it make more sense to just digitize that already accepted currency?. (3) How are you going to finance this development after you burn through the pre-ico and ico money, do you have a business model? (no business model found on the paper). And finally (4) What smartphones cost $10-$20 and how are these going to be distributed or sold in developing nations.
From my experience living in a developing country, one that is dark in the maps shown in your paper, the only communication infrastructure that many villages and small cities do have is cellular. So these people can call and text on pre-paid telephony plans. Most of them have access to basic phones with no internet and wouldn't afford a wireless internet plan if they had a smartphone. So I'm guessing that for this to work on a massive scale you would need to partner up with telecommunication companies so they give these people access to data related with your app/domains for free (which is what internet.org is doing) and sell them a smartphone for the price of a basic phone that shows their native currency in the app. A way to withdraw those electronic funds in cash would also be good for the money in the app to be accepted as money. For now, I think cash works very well for these places.
