What's the point of changing domains? Are you going to clear everyone's balance on this domain? Ads need to be set up before allowing users to claim. So your new domain is just going to be a repeat of this one unless you plan to make initial payouts from your pocket (which you can do with your current domain so no need for a new domain)

Tomorrow i will move highbtc on other domain , Fixing the bug with referall , increasing back the claim ammounts and decreasing threshold to 500.000 and removing popups.
I will move on a domain with add sense.

And I don't know why I was seeing adsense ads before on your site but if you are truly just applying and using this website then there is a 99% chance it will get rejected for insufficient content.
