LuckyBlock has a previous unresolved case against them, according to my list. I can try to call their rep here, but I guess that'll be useless, as my previous invitation to attend the said case failed to reach them. I don't think they even use their rep account anymore, it's been collecting dust for years.

That said, I guess your best chance will be to try to escalate this to CG or AG, as they seems to respond there.

Umm, just to be sure and clear of any confusion, that'll be you who have to raise the complaint to the ADR, no one else could, as you're the one with the issue. Do you need a pointer on how to raise complaints in these ADR?

i will open this thread removing in order that everyone can see how this casino works and steal money from customers without them being able to do anything.

It is very important that before we make use of a gambling casino, we take some thorough research about them and see how reputable they were before we can make decision on going for anything that pertains them, secondly, for us to be able to play safe, we should only gamble with the same amount we can afford to lose, which start from the deposit we make on them, lastly, some of those that often complained about a gambling casino do break the rules of the casino they use even without them knowing, it is more appropriate that we know about their ToS in other not to go against their policies and be denied access for withdrawal or from enjoying any service.

im sure they are bought opiniones from the casino to payed customers!!!!
because they have good opiniones in different websites

I was trying to withdraw, and they asked me verification. I sent my ID, ok, i made the video selfie verification, ok, then i sent a electricity invoice and suddenly they sent me email saying they close my account and confiscate my funds. This is crazy!!!!
They give me no reason, they say nothing just that.
I broke no rule, this is the first time it happens to me. Really is insane.

Run away from this scammers and pirates and not ever register here.

im asking them all over again to tell my what term exactly did i break and why, and they arent able even to tell what i did, and just repeating these emails to me copy and pasting all the time, without telling me anything at all. is crazy how they act.

so please be very very careful about this casino, they will probably robb your money for absolutely no reason as they did with me!!
