Somebody please help me.
I have a cli wallet (version 1.0.1)
When I run graftnode.exe, the latest block is displayed as 65140
However, the block explorer has exceeded 140,000 blocks.
Current transfer is not possible

Network synchronization is stop
Three days after synchronization  ... It stopped at block number 253543.
Does anyone know of the latest sync files or fixes? Huh

(Network Error
services cannot process request.
Reason:Error transfering http://13.58.215.50:18900/dapi-server replied:internal server error)

What's the problem?

Locked balance is coins that not enough confirmation (10 if you receive them from pool or other wallets, 60 if you did solo-mining). It also happens for the changes left when you send coins to another wallet but that may not be your case.
