It clearly depends on how they portray their rules. If they do mention in the beginning that their rules can be altered through out the campaign/promotion period then it cannot be called as cheating but yeah if they don't mention that the rule can be altered and then alter the rules then I think it can be called as a scam.

This is like double edge sword for vendors as well as customers.its exactly like giving your shares against something.Which means if the market value decreased it is in loss and if it increased it's loss to customer.But customers are getting something whoose market value is zero after buying or that value is constant.That is unfare and we find out solution to that, it can be used as practical currency.

HOLD is a defensive approach and can work when the Bitcoin is on run( either on positive or on negative). It is like you play safe and win something Rather risking everything and lossing everything or winning everything.People in this market rather choose later option as with some luck and true info that can change your life completely. So HOLD approch is not the best approach but most secured approch.

Three don't while Bitcoin price rolls down are.
1) Don't panic.
2) Don't spread FUDs (ex:- Bitcoin is dead,will not rise again).
3) Don't follow your heart and please do some r&d before taking some decision.
4) Don't believe in FUDs.

Blockchain has already done a miracle in these years and we are writing in one of the product of it's miracle.Sometimes I wonder what more can blockchain offer to us and it suprise us again.We really need to figure out how can we use blockchain in more advanced way so that we can reach out to the people who are in need. Till now blockchain technology had help people to become millionaire or to the companies now I really want all the IT greats to figure out how can we as community can join people from all corners and find their needs.

Yes,I do but i don't follow them blindly.Sometimes these experts and their info can really help in clearing your confusion between two things but it can do vice versa also.So my advice would be to do your r&d on the info that is given by the experts and than you can proceed. And keep track in all the news that is going on around.

Agreed with all your points but that doesn't prove that btc will end.Now the market is in low,which means the mining fees are also in low resulting in decrease but the tide will turn definitely and this will also change.So coming to a conclusion this soon is unethical.
