This is the last round. When the new round is launched, it is not known. Maybe next year.

To my point of view, the github update is OK if it update regularly, like 2 weeks if the update itself is meaningful.

As far as i know, you do not necessarily to do so. But if you really like this project, for sure you can, just like mine.

I fully agree with this. Someone specially harms us. We can submit reports with links to posts for the past week. It is very insulting not to get a reward.
